trash180, here's the connection you're looking for:
From zabasearch.com
GREG L GOODFRIED Born 1979 17341 CUMPSTON ST ENCINO, CA 91316
KENNETH B GOODFRIED Born 1945 17341 CUMPSTON ST Recorded: 09/01/2005 ENCINO, CA 91316
So yes, Kenneth and Gregory lived at the same address, which (given their birth years) makes it seem very likely that they are father and son. And now we know that Gregory is married (or about to be married) to an attorney (Amanda) who works for CAA. Interesting.
Edit to add: the aforementioned daughter of Kenneth also lived at this Encino address, as has been noted elsewhere:
LISA A GOODFRIED Born 1981 17341 CUMPSTON ST Recorded: 10/16/2004 ENCINO, CA 91316

I can't believe I'm back posting on these forums, but Im starting to have some serious doubts myself. I think it was a huge error not to disclose the methods of IP tracking sooner as, I believe, they are severely flawed. 1) our original information, which was presented with 100 percent certainty, was that they were from Mountain View/San Mateo. 2) our later information, which was presented with 100 percent certainty, was that they were on the private servers of CAA. 3) The San Mateo information was connected to an AOL IP. But anyone who knows anything about AOL, knows that their IPs are notoriously untrackable: webmaster.info.aol.com/proxyinfo.html4) That the initial members of our trio didn't know this, suggests to me that they have a severe deficit of knowledge regarding what they were doing. 5) I think we have discounted the possibility of fakery. This is just an example: but imagine that a company like Revver.com is behind this. Their's is a lousy Web site. But they'd have people who could easily spoof e-mail headers or IP addresses, it's just not that difficult, anybody on DC++ could get programs that would do it. 6) the almost violent reaction and constant flaming in the old forum to any suggestion that the methods be shared, suggests (to me at least) something subversive. 7) The LA Times and NY Times have been lied to, or at the least, given bad information. Perhaps not surprisingly: these are organizations that a lot of people in this shadowy internet world hate intensely. Getting one of these newspapers to print false information would be a huge coup in some corners of the blogosphere. 8) The TMZ post that says there's a lot more to this. Remember, I'm from the MSM, but my gut says that TMZ is not very likely to be wrong about this. So it seems to me that it's still possible that there's possibly a lot more lurking beneath the surface.

However MySpace has people linking background images and such on every page on their site and the web logs from people hitting those pages and loading those backgrounds from the style sheet are easily available to the owner of the host with the image on their site. They do say that counters are against their TOS but they still work exactly the same as any remotely loaded image.
Both methods were used in this investigation (generic web counters and images loaded from a remote server on the profile) to gather information about the parties behind LG15.
The images that are displayed when you are sent a message are from myspace. But any images linked in the message or comments can and often are pulled from remote servers. And web server have web logs containing IP addresses and user agent strings. You can get a lot of information from web logs.

Perhaps this is something private to the Goodfrieds then, and Amanda just happened to use her work computer at CAA when she replied to the sting message.

longshot, yes, that seems very possible to me. It's certainly a remarkable coincidence that Kenneth Goodfried's daughter-in-law works for CAA.

Can this possibly be real, or is someone pulling our chain? On August 24, The Jane Doe's, whose song is featured in one of the LG15 videos, commented on Amanda's myspace page, as seen here: profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=6413208[EDIT, 9/12/06] That link no longer works. If you want to see the page's image, printed to a pdf file, I've posted it here: www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?action=download&ufid=192072664DE50F5BThe link should be good for 7 days or 100 downloads. [END EDIT] So, the fairly obscure indie band featured in LG15's Aug. 29 "Swimming" video posted "Hey Amanda - thanks for the love" on Aug. 24 on the myspace page of Amanda, who works for CAA and who is either about to marry or recently married to Greg Goodfried who is the son of Kenneth Goodfried who filed for the trademark for "lonelygirl15." Tell me that's not too much to be a coincidence!

8) The TMZ post that says there's a lot more to this. Remember, I'm from the MSM, but my gut says that TMZ is not very likely to be wrong about this. My gut tells me that TMZ's scoop on LG15 comes straight from a Hollywood publicist. For one, Bree is a small-timer compared to the rest of TMZ's beat. Hard to imagine an upstart celeb tabloid putting in a lot of time, pounding the pavement for an unknown starlet while ZOMG Paris Hilton is in jail for DUI! For two, why else in the world would TMZ agree to respect "source confidentiality" for a flash-in-the-pan internet phenom. What, like Danielbeast's cousin in Iowa will lose his job at Wendy's?

Oh, and neat trick corcaroli. Didn't know MySpace would let you do that.

Passer, what trick? What'd I do?
ETA: maybe it's easier if I just explain how I found that page. I googled the following: University Of Miami law "creative artists agency" amanda

Nm. Thought that myspace page was completely dead and that you had magically revived it. but uh, it was just that she had removed all the incriminating evidence. And uh. yeah. Long day. Must... get... sleep.

and, ken's daughter Lisa runs Young Storytellers Foundation ("The foundation targets schools with at-risk kids, arranges for teachers to take the children through a six-week writing program, with each child creating a screenplay. At the end of the session, everyone gathers for the Big Show, in which every screenplay gets a reading by professional actors in front of an audience. ") - or, so says Chris Comitar on Ramble On

I think Amanda's page <i>was</i> completely dead earlier today, but myspace is all fucked up and it magically came back to life. That kind of stuff happened when my sister deleted her account, too... sometimes it would say the page was deleted, sometimes you could search for her name and half of her info would still show up (profile picture and basic info). If you use myspace at all, you know that it's pretty messed up a lot of the time... I wouldn't expect Amanda's page to keep showing up forever...

Nice work corcaroli. Amanda has listed Lisa Goodfried as her friend, "LaLaLaLisa". Lisa has posted several comments also.
Edit: It's not Lisa who posted, but "lala" who appears to be Amanda's cousin.

I am VERY interested to see where this is going... So, the fairly obscure indie band featured in LG15's Aug. 29 "Swimming" video posted "Hey Amanda - thanks for the love" on Aug. 24 on the myspace page of Amanda, who works for CAA and who is either about to marry or recently married to Greg Goodfried who is the son of Kenneth Goodfried who filed for the trademark for "lonelygirl15."
