what i'm thinking is daniel has the camera...he could "stalk" bree or do some of his own videos, complaining about missing her, etc.... I think you're on to something. People have been complaining about the lack of Daniel's perspective. Perfect time to switch it over to him, let Bree get the last of the "preparations" done without us seeing, and then have it lead up to the ceremony. It's like a book where each chapter flip flops from one person to the other, seeing the same event from both perspectives. It's also my last hope that Daniel isn't a big d-bag and he'll come out the nice guy in the end.

Oh wow. I actually found myself wanting to hop through my computer screen and huggle and comfort her. She did such an amazing job, I had to keep reminding myself that it was acting.
A very interesting vlog to say the least. I certainly hope it won't be her last vlog. And I certainly hope it won't be her last in awhile. We need Bree! Although, here is a thought, they could be writing the bit in about her not posting for awhile so Jess can get a break. I mean, after all this, I think I'd want a week or two reprieve to just veg and spend time with family and friends verses MTV and national news. Because it also seems a bit of a sudden thing to be written in. That's just me though. Some could say it's been leading up to this for days, but I think it almost seems an afterthought at the end of the video.
And Jess deserves a nice break for a couple weeks. And by doing this, it would be a double benefit. They drive up demand for more Bree and Jess gets rested. It wouldn't shock me if we see very little if any Bree from now until October 12. I think this would also prove the chance for Yousef to develop and act out Daniel more. It could help drive up views on his channel too.
From the viewpoint of the Creators, this seems a logical move. Though, one that will make me antsy to know what's going on. And trust me, I'm hoping that I'm totally wrong and way out in left field and we'll be getting a new video tomorrow. Ah, that would be nice but... alack, unlikely.
No real major clues. Except that she broke her purity bond.
My speculations on this purity bond are that it has something to do with keeping and maintaining the trust of her parents. Remember, the bond is with them, right? (I think so...) If she'd betrayed their trust, wouldn't that kind of deviate from such a bond? Not to mention that she was with a boy, likely another no-no.
Hmm. Other than that, not a whole lot of clue-age there.

. ... Da duh da! Wow! The suspense really builds in this one doesn't it? No way is this the end of her vblogs, its only going to get more crazy from here.
Does anyone remember if the "purity bond" has actually been mentioned in any of her videos before? We originally became aware of this via her YT comments to early videos.

I was under the impression that the "purity bond" was sexuality-related. I think I read that speculation on one of the forums. If this is the case, maybe her parents thought she broke her purity bond, since she was sneaking out with Daniel? That bond could even include kissing, which she did do and hence would have broken it.

I was under the impression that the "purity bond" was sexuality-related. Maybe you're right about that. Maybe when she told her parents "everything," she told them more than what she has revealed to us. Maybe it was more than just a kiss.

Yes, it should be on youtube by now, which makes me think this IS the last video and they have decided not bo bother posting it on youtube for all the haters to see and only release it to thier website.

that's possible. maybe they think LG15 has lost its buzz or something. OR, maybe they are trying to phase out YouTube...maybe because of the "haters", or they cant make any money from it. Maybe they have decided to only put new vids up on their website and revver. OR, maybe they're just lazy and it will be up soon haha. who knows.

There have been at least two logins on YT of the LG15 account since the video went live on the lonelygirl15.com site.
The last login was a little after 10PM (PST).
It's weird that they didn't post it there...
It leads me to believe that they think posting it there will confuse their YT audience (who will think it is actually the last one forever). That is, if it's just a part of the plot.
It does seem like an odd blog to put up, given the level of interest...

She looks really thin in this episode and I think she has lost weight. She did a great job acting though!

Anyone else think they might have a follow-up video where she changes her mind posted by mid-morning in the AM PST?

She looks really thin in this episode and I think she has lost weight. Maybe the camera angles are accentuating this, but if you look back at the first few vids there is a noticeable difference. Could be that the stress of the "hunt" and fame were a bit much for her. Although that "look" seems to be very common with women her age in LA. Lindsey Lohan, etc. I hope that it is not a part of the storyline as I bet she is somewhat of a role model for young girls, especially on YT. Jess, have some cookies and milkshakes!

Hi Everyone, Really good theater wears the masks of both drama and comedy. This is good theater. I’ve enjoyed the videos of the past week, especially this one and “The First Kiss”. Bravo, JR! The big conflict isn't shaping up to be evil cultists at all, but religious intolerance. I’ve always thought that part of this fable could be about religious intolerance or even religion in general. I’m not sure I would’ve picked Aleister Crowley and Thelema as the object of persecution, but it’s still not clear exactly what the religion is. I’m leaning to a Golden Dawn variant. There have been lots of comments on YT, Lonelyworld (the “official” site), and here at Anchor Cove about the weirdness of Bree’s religion. How weird is it? Her parent’s have used a strong moral code and an equally strong believe in the power of free will to guide Bree through childhood. Children of Jews and Catholics, in particular, will recognize this tool. It’s called guilt. They did not forbid her to go hiking, she decided not to go herself. Her parents are acutely aware of the nasty side of intolerance, both religious and otherwise. They yanked her out of school when the Heathers in her school turned on this bright inquisitive student and smeared her with the foulest of accusations. Is it any wonder she is hesitant about revealing her religion? And what has she revealed about it? Her fond memories of clinging to her father’s back as a group from her commune dances with a wild thunderstorm in the Wet. An angry defense of it when she spoke the fricative heard round The Tube. Her excitement and mature skepticism about Bibliomancy. Candles. Pictures of prophets. Special diets and rituals. Strict social rules. The common stuff of all religions. Most of the weirdness comes from other people’s inferences. I believe Bree’s character reveals the most about her religion. I have seen a lot of good in Bree and very little evil. So far. I hope it stays that way. Good theater is also like good lemonade, a mix of sweet and bitter, good and evil. Here’s hoping the Three Wise Men will fix us a proper drink with a pleasant aftertaste and a desire for more. Off to Work, FLWright

Random comments that interested me from the main board:
The mods corrected this, but I'm sure this isn't the only person at the main site who thinks this.
This is yousef's myspace post of which she speaks: Date: Sep 24, 2006 10:43 PM Subject Simpsons!!! Body: Woohoo!!! I love that show! 20 minutes till it's on, then back to work! Gotta learn the script you know. Actually I've got it down, but I'll keep working on it anyway! Lata everyone! Yousef A
