I appreciate your advice. I am considering various courses of action.
I do not plan on revenge and I have court-permissible proof of everything I know.
Thanks everyone

I don't see whay there is bad feeling towards Mr Smith. We don't know any of the hard facts, so how can we possibly make judgements?
Welcome to the forum by the way JSmith.

She did a jerky thing to the lgpedia . 1. I have heard through people I believe to be reliable that that isn't true. 2. You were not in chat last night when I explained that I was joking about you folks being responsible for the firing of JD. I can 100% assure you that I'm not Star. I do love the negative karma though.

Well when I heard of reports that stargirl had vandalized the lgpedia I checked the "recent changes" section and indeed she had blanked the main page and various others. Not too many, it was easily revertable. And I understand what jsmith said about theirs being blanked, I don't consider that part of the vandalism, but the main page WAS blanked at the least so that is vandalism. I trust my eyes more than I trust anonymous sources.
By the way, that -12 karma you're sporting looks just lovely on you! :-P

It seems I cannot seem to word what I am trying to say without at least one person finding something wrong.
I am stating this and this only: I am still deciding what course of action I will take.

I wouldn't get involved legally. I mean I don't know the extent of any of this, but is it really worth going to court over? I mean were you paid for this? It has always SEEMED like twjaniak was a volunteer, and presumably you as well, but we never know anything about behind the scenes though. If it was a volunteer thing you definitely have no basis I can figure, you elected to do it and they have the right to refuse that help, even if in an unjust manner. Even if you were on their payroll, unless you agreed upon a certain contract (unlikely) I'd think it'd be up to them to continue using your services or not. Furthermore, you are halfway across the country from them, I don't see how you can ever "see them in court" over such a thing. It all seems like more trouble (and expense) than it's worth. Without really knowing all that much about the details, I don't see a real reason to actually start legal proceedings against The Creators, even if whatever it is they did to you would be seen by all of us as "unfair" (if we knew what that was).

If I took legal action, it wouldn't be because of my termination. It would be because of the accusations made against me.
I only care about the accusations.
I will not say anymore on the matter for now.

But when you think about it, no one actually knows their accusations except you and the Creators far as we know... So is this like about your personal reputation, a duel to defend your dignity like 10 paces at the OK Corral? Or do you feel, by your termination, an entire forum of people suddenly got a bad view of you and you want that righted? Well seeing as nobody even knows what happened, it really hasn't been an issue so if that's the reason than it's certainly not one to go after them.

One day..the sun will shine again on Anchor Cove. The residents will come out from their homes and wave at passersby. Visitors to the cove will walk along the narrow lanes stopping to window shop or have a cup of coffee at that quaint cafe. The seagulls will sing and children will laugh as they toss popcorn to the airborne scavengers
Someone will catch Noasinger and Lesbrent giggling at a silly joke. Milo will sit on a park bench handing out helium balloons to the children and a man with a yellow hat will walk a smiling monkey down the street.
HyeMew, Joss, Jennifer, Morningglory, hookedonemonics, harlequin and jayhenry will be playing bocci on the square.
A rainbow will arc over the water and across the town - impossibly - all day long. birds will sing, dogs will run, cats will nap. Daniel and Bree will hold hands on the glider on the big front porch conversing silently like only old lovers know how to do.
Nikkie Bower and Lucy will be putting the finishing touches on their love nest designed by FLWright.
Jonus will be sweeping out the bowling alley, cleaning the bathroom and wondering (as he does everyday now) how the f he lost every penny in one friggin hand of Hold 'em...Talk about over my head!
Gemma - well no one ever found out what happened to Gemma - after she ran off with that musician except a for a short note posted from New Z. saying:
"Everything's fine. We should be released soon...Hope to be home as soon as I can learn how to pronounce it...will write more later but JSmith and Star keep erasing the paper...God they are obnoxious"
On that day there won't be a single f'ing compliant about the writers, the plot, the characters, others in the forum. No one will wax philosophical aboout the birth and death of a new medium and no one will remember who it was that discovered that LG15 was a hoax.
And on that day, they will all say: "Gee...that SLainte, he's ok"

Oh, goodness, Hye, you know I love you, but....
We don't know what may or may not have have been said in venues which matter to Jerry and could affect him professionally, but which we as fans don't have access to.
If it gives Jerry even a little peace of mind to come somewhere like here and express a bit of fairly circumspect frustration, I think we can afford to accomodate that and be welcoming. We've done it before; why should this time be so different?
lol, SLainte, I say that today. "That SLainte! He's ok!"

So does this mean the Order is real?

Oh no, I'm all for airing complaints against the Order... I mean the Creators. I don't think actual legal proceedings is the right way to go about this... but I'm not against complaining about them. I know from experience that when you are wronged, jumping into court is the first thing that comes to mind. However, after much counsel you tend to see its not worth all that and really is quite an order to go through. I just think he should cool off awhile before deciding if he REALLY wants to do this, becaue I really don't think, whatever it was, is truly worth all that trouble- not to mention expense.

But when people say things about you that aren't true it's hard not to pursue a course of action that will get you some measure of vindication.
of course favourable court decisions haven't done much for O.J. or Michael...
