Yeah quite plausible I reckon.
Forming relationships is not just about how good you look. I think that's a myth pushed out by the advertising and movie crowd. Personality and confidence is much more important.
There's also a theory that beautiful people have trouble getting hitched with average people because the average person shys away not thinking themsleves good enough to make a move. This in turn affects the confidence of the good looking person.
However you look, if you have personality and confidence, you will suceed. But in the series, the Cara character has certain issues. We know she goes to therapy, takes medication, is overly motherly, has high standards, and has obsessive cleaning behaviours. Any of this could put others off. Combined with her high standards it means dating opportunities may be limited.

Blue and Brady having a fight would be better. I can't imagine Cara fighting anyone, she's just too nice.

Heehee, sorry I sneaked in at number 4, but I did make an Avatar so as not to mess up Eddie's page with a blank icon.

Didn't like Cara's shoes though....she should've worn silettos, not those high heeled pumps! Couldn't agree more, Les. Cara should definitely do stilettos. She's got the athletic body to carry them off perfectly. She's worn those dumpy red wedges a few times too. I know wedges were in this summer but those were a bit plain. I can't fault her style in clothes but the shoes have definitely been disappointing

I'm in West London, Les. It's my place but there's 3 others living there paying rent to help out with the mortgage. Hence, we are the "WeLoGirls" (and boys!). It's only me that is a member of You Tube though.
(PS I think it says I come from France on my You Tube profile, but was a fake move cos I didn't want to give them my post code which is required for US or UK people I think)

You are totally right about the WeHo's
In a recent pole at our place we rated the actors out of 10:
Eddie 9.0 (W) Cara 8.6 (N) Leah 7.3 (W) Brady 6.0 (W) Cliff 5.3 (W) Daniella 4.6 (N) Blue 3.0 (N)
Since the WeHo's have all the best actors apart from Cara, their videos have been much better interactively. It also means Cara has a difficult job trying to hold the Noho effort together.

I'm tempted not to watch the Blue vids now. I really don't enjoy them and she doesn't seem to be making any efforts to improve. I don't mind that she plays a drunken airhead; that's the part. But she could still play it with some professionalism.

Thanks for the figures Jay. I knew there were certain thresholds to start moving onto the featured pages which leads to more views but I was not sure exactly what they were.
With 10200 subscribers you would think they would get at least 6 or 7 thousand views allowing for some repeat views, but it does seem a lot of subscribers have been turned off and are not viewing. We need 500 dedicated NoHo fans to do 20 refresh views to make sure they get 10,000 to start them off!
I think they just shot themselves in the foot tonight by showing a really bad Blue monologue. Her diction is garbled and I can hardly understand what she says some of the time. She was eating on camera too. If anything will cause subscribers to not bother viewing this video will, in my humble opionion anyway. I wish they would use Cara more. At least she is presentable and interesting.

Yes definitely more Eddie, and I like Cara too. She's very versatile. But, I don't know if these actors on their own are enough to get interest. I've noticed the vids with the biggest views are ones with some bare flesh or semi sexual content. Sad to say the pure sex angle sells the most. I'm not interested in the sexual content but I don't think that is a majority view. On current figures If Eddie or Cara does a good video they will get more views than Blue, say 5,000 rather than 2,000. But it's not breaking the 10,000 and 20,000 barriers which lead to top billings and mushrooming exposure. The Kramer and Natalie incidents seem to have lost them some street cred

Has anyone noticed the views on NoHo vids are plummeting to just 2 or 3 thousand, each two days or so after release?
This is following a downward trend but that seemed to be reversed by Blue's departure and the release of the first month highlights video.
Now following Blue's return, her (scripted) faux pas about Natalie, and the girls' claim to be with that black guy that was racially abused at the comedy club by Micheal Richards, the interest seems to be waning. The association with the Richard's incident seems to be particularly badly received along with Cara's comments about taking in black TV shows. I think they lost the plot slightly there.
The hard core fans and comments are still around, but I can't see a NoHo vid making the front page at the moment unless they do something very provocative.

Eddie's unbreak scene with Leah was a classic. They were both totally convincing. Adam has done a superb job with the Eddie character which is not easy because the things Eddie does are so unbelievably stupid, yet I find I can get immersed in the character and laugh at the things he does at the same time.
Leah is the perfect foil for Eddie. She is so nice and sensible, reacting with suprise and a balanced viewpoint in a way that many women might not. Eddie is the boyfriend from hell and Leah the girlfriend from heaven. Tarah/Leah manages skillfully to convey her struggle to understand him and her flame of love with her eyes, her speech and her body movement.
I loved this cameo scene. Right out of the top acting drawer. You won't see much better on national network soap dramas.

Adam is quite funny as Eddie. He's got the character down perfectly. I think Eddie is the bf from hell. Interested only in video games, baseball, and sleeping around!

You Tube is where it's at for me.
I know you guys have to think of the commercial side eventually, and explore other places, but I try to limit my net activity to the bigger venues most of the time.
It would be nice if You Tube could give some of the more quality content producers like Noho a kind of partnership where ads can be hosted on your channel and vid pages and you could have a slice of the click through revenue which would start giving a return from You Tube for all your efforts.
I don't know the full economics of this because they have to finance their bandwith somehow, and I don't know how far simple click through can do that.

I think if you let it get out among the fans it may end up on Ebay pretty quick

I guess Tarah/Leah is an aspiring actress and if she wants to make it, she is gonna be the idol of some as all actors are. Smoking doesn't help that.
I really think, personally, all that cast are nice looking but is that what really we should be talking about? That's kind of scratching the surface. It's all "She's hot, she's not, he isn't etc." There are plenty of hot "actors" but can they perform?
Surely what matters is how they act or portray the part they are meant to be playing. Eddie plays a great comic role, Cara is a superb narrator and engager of the camera, Leah is good all rounder. Brady is funny and sharp. Daniella fills in here and there.
That's how I am looking at it anyway, rightly or wrongly.
