Like it, though weird they call P. M. Pappa Gepetto! That isn't his name! I had thought when watching it that it'd be funny if they included P. Monkey at the end, you know where they mention the tack-on characters last with a "also featuring P. Monkey" type thing. I do like ending with producers names too though, but I think the way I mentioned would be funniest.

Of COURSE I know that milo, all us sleuthers do. You don't call the giant M&M characters 'Hersheys', so why call P. Monkey "Pappa Gepetto"?

Hey, ALF didn't get ANY credits in his opening segment -- and the whole show was about him... www.youtube.com/watch?v=v9ROoPynGFMluckily though, Mr. Floppy did not suffer the same fate (though that show only hoped to reach the heights of ALF) www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZmh8BRjtvI

That was great! I've often thought about the similarities between 'Dawson's Creek' and Lonelygirl15, even with the name 'The Children of Anchor Cove.' It had to be done, and it was done pretty well! I think that what they were getting at with calling Purple Monkey, Pappa Gepetto is that Pappa Gepetto is his real name and P. Monkey is his characters name. PS. Poor Alf! ... and I miss that show, lol

No, more likely these days they would do a P. Monkey show "pixar" style. I miss puppets and 2D animation! There is a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie out here in Oz, but it's all computer animated - not that I'm totally against it, but honestly every movie seems to have some kind of computer animation in it now - even movies like The Lord of the Rings etc, where there are real actors but much of it is "computerised" in (sorry, it's 2.30 am here - I can't sleep, but that doesn't mean I can still think properly too!) Actually, The Lord of the Rings was directed by Peter Jackson -- he did some great work with puppets in Meet the Feebles. If you haven't seen it, it's like the muppets on crack. The humour is controversial, like 'South Park' or 'Team America'. Maybe even a bit worse sometimes! lol! But I think it has stood the test of time. Having said that, I don't really want to see P. Monkey on crack! Anyway, I'm rambling on and I should get some sleep. Watch 'Meet the Feebles' for a laugh if you want to... but be warned.
