When they found themselves in that problem, what do you think would have happened if Bree incorporated "Kenneth Goodfriend" into her storyline? Like saying he was an uncle, friend of the family's, or something (along with something indicating they do not live near each other anymore, just so people wouldn't assume that meant Bree lives in Encino), and explained her trademarking in a vlog? Or perhaps even addressing the trademarking BEFORE it was actually registered to further remove the apperance she was doing that because people had found it out and she needed a cover?
Those are intriguing notions that could have been used to fend off the fans a little bit longer. Do you think that would have helped or the wolves still would have bayed? I mean no doubt we'd still have called him asking quesitons just as much as we did, and it would have betrayed Bree's complete disconnect from any hint of outside world interference, but still... makes you wonder.
