A Visitor’s Guide to Anchor Cove
August 3, 2007 Edition
Welcome to Anchor Cove, where the women are sweet, the men frauds, and the children are just plain weird. Or is it the women are frauds, the men are weird, and the children sweet? No, the women are definitely the weird ones...
Confused? Feel you’ve missed the birth of a new art form? You could get a couple of six packs of Red Bull or Sam Adams Boston Lager or a fresh pitcher of lemonade and watch all 100+ Lonelygirl15 videos in 4-5 hours.
Or you can blow off the CBS Evening News with Katie Couric and Entertainment Tonight and watch the following selection of videos in about an hour. When you’re done, you’ll be just as confused as the rest of us in a lot less time.
If you have even less time (about 3 minutes per recap), Anchor Cove's terrific Terryfic has done some excellent video recaps on the YouTube channel Lonelygirl15Recaps:
Recap 1-Episodes 1-10
Recap 2-Episodes 11-18
Recap 3-Episodes 19-27
Recap 4-Episodes 28-37
Recap 5-Episodes 38-45
Recap 6-Episodes 46-54
Recap 7-Episodes 55-62
Recap 8-Episodes 63-74
Recap 9-Episodes 75-83
And if you have extreme ADD, here's an 88 second recap by Hollishillis:
LG15 in 88 Seconds
Before we begin, I have a few comments. Most of these videos were first seen BC (Before Creators), that is before it was confirmed that Lonelygirl15 wasn’t real. I have noted that event in the sequence. You might want to stop at that point and savor them.
I have linked to YouTube videos only. Lonelygirl15 owes a lot to YouTube, YouTube owes a lot to Lonelygirl15 ($1.65 Billion to be exact). It’s a complicated relationship. You can also go to Lonelyworld or Revver to find them. Click on the ad at the end of the video and an angel will get some wings.
Enjoy!
