Around a year or so ago the Comedy Network (the Canadian Comedy Central) did a series of ads that included and were written by fans. They were in the style of weird viewer mail like skits. In one of the a guy describes a show he would like to make where he hangs around talking with an owl (he would play bother roles) and smokes a lot of weed. It sounds really dumb but made for an entertaining ad.
This last month I have been seeing ads on the Comedy Network for just such a show (although only to be airing online) and I figured it was just an funny ad for a fake show. The other night I decided to swing by broadband.thecomedynetwork.com and see if there really were episodes. And there so was!
Not sure if you can view these outside of Canada (I know I can never view stuff that is on america tv sites) but if you can they are great. Just select Shorts on the right and they are the first show that comes up. Most are under 2 minutes in length and fairly nonsensical, but I like them.
Note: The site doesn't seem to work right in Firefox, so you may have to load up IE.
