All votes are in and there is nothing left to do but announce the winners. First the racings with a clear decisive winner, the following are all the categories where one nomination got almost all the votes.
Best Vidplay
Receiving an impressive 85.7% of the votes Ramesh Flinders picks up the award for Best Vidplay for My Lazy Eye. Anyone confused as to whether the show was better written back before the arrival of the Order should just check this vid out.
Best DB Monologue
The Cove’s favourite monologue by Daniel was his very first, Daniel Responds, which grabbed 83.3% of the votes. Daniel has always been the one to speech to the audience directly and he sets that tone in this video.

This is My Story Now by CassieIsWatching received 81.8% of the votes with only the collective works of Greystoke receiving any other votes. We may not of followed CiW that closely, but clearly we remember it as being weird*

The hometown favourite Popular YouTube Auteur by Terryfic ran away with this category receiving 80% of the votes. Ahhh, thanks guys *blush*
Best Original Song
I thought this would have been a much closer race. The Tachyon Theme is awful catchy and I assumed it would have been more peoples favourite, but in the end Lonelygirl by Dee ran away with this award with 77.7% of the vote.
Best Cinematography
My Parents... Let Us Go Hiking!!! picked up 77.7% of the vote, so it is not altogether surprising that this is one of the few episodes in LG to ever be remade. The future attempts to capture the charm and beauty of this video were never quite realized. I guess they got it right the first time.
Best Phorum Thread
Unsurprisingly Could Bree be an alien? recieved 72.7% of the vote consider it is one of (if not the) longest and most viewed thread about the plot of LG, plus the fact that the list of posters in it looks like an Anchor Cove roll call didn’t hurt its popularity over here.
Best Producer
Paul picked up 66.6% of the vote and is the only non-LG related winner in a major category. See what stopping by and hanging out with your fans can get you sometimes. Although NoHos has never attracted the same amount of viewship that LG has, Paul has run a very impressive show that has had very few hiccups.
Best Reply Vid
Wining with 62.5% of the vote Popular YouTube Auteur by Terryfic is one of the few videos to pick up multiple awards. Wow guys, thanks! I’m always blown away by how much people enjoyed that silly little video
Best Music
Since My Parents... Let Us Go Hiking!!! grabbed awards in other categories it is not that surprising that the song featured in that video picked up the Best Music award with 62.5% of the votes. It is a great song and is single handily responsible for me rewatching that video at least a dozen times.
Best Performance by a Human
No real surprises in the is category with Jessica Rose in First Blog/Dorkiness Prevails receiving 60% of the vote. Jess is the reason most of us started watching LG, she portrayed a very lovable character back then.
Now on top the races that were a little more close, the ones where the winner wasn’t apparent a week ago.
Best Performance by a Puppet
Although we were mostly all in agreement that Jessica gave the best human performance, we were a little more divided on the issue of who was the better puppet actor. In the end P Monkey won with 50% of the vote for his performance in Lonelygirl15 Press Conference.
Best Non LG15 Series
This was one of the few categories where the each nomination received some of the vote, but in the end Brotherhood 2.0 won with 50%. It may be the newest series, but it has quickly become a staple of the average covites online video consumption.
Best Sweet Vid
Although some non-LG competition gave it a run for the award for a while, My Parents… Let Us Go Hiking!!! was able to pick up this Anchor as well with 50% of the vote.
Best Bree Monologue
This is was very tight race and only one vote was the difference between tie and win. But that vote was cast and My Lazy Eye picks up this Anchor as it received 50% of the vote. Mysteries of My Past REVEALED! was a close second with 37.5% of the vote.
Best Rancor Cove Thread
Again this was a very close race with a single deciding vote. CAA is a red herring theory ended up winning with 42.8% of the vote. Both Lexicon and The New Cove Times gave this thread a run for its money by each receiving 28.5% of the votes.
Best LG15 Non-Show Drama
There were a lot of choices and a lot of different opinions for the category. In the end the big story that got covered around the world (CAA Connection / Message From The Creators) ended up winning with 40% of the vote.
Best Fanfic episode
This was a close one again with the winner just sneaking by three other nominees by just one vote to win the Anchor in this category. lonelygirl by Dee ended up with 40% of the vote, while Lazy Eye Animation by jbad, Introducing... Paul and Andrea by PaulMark18, Introducing... Paul and Andrea by PaulMark18 all received 20% each.
Best PSW Vid
We all love a good Proving Science Wrong, but clearly can’t agree on which one we all like best. This is one of the tighter races with a lot of votes cast and after all was said and done Daniel the Neanderthal won with 41.6%. Bree shushing Daniel has to be one of the most comic lines in the entire series. The runners up for the category were Poor Pluto and Proving Science Wrong! with 33.3% and 25% of the vote respectively.
Traditionally the two biggest awards are the best director and best picture awards, interestingly they were the two closest races for the Anchors this year and both resulted in a tie.
Best Director
Mesh, Miles, and Kevin for On The Run and Mesh for Lazy Eye tied for this Anchor with 33.3% of the vote each.
Best Vid
My First Kiss and this year’s big winner My Parents... Let Us Go Hiking!!! tied for this Anchor both receiving 33.3% of the vote.
