I messaged her at like...um...8:30-9 pm eastern time. (I live in Jersey. ^_^)
But she did reply to a few people who messaged her from the lonelygirl forums. 'Cause they posted responses on the boards.
By the by, BB. Happy Birthday. XD Or early Bday, whichever.

FOR PEOPLE WHO WENT OUT THERE (if there are any in our board): I Think an email coming from the people who went out there would get a response. If any of you read this ask if the contents were from her or a fraud... Also, thanks for the BDAY message! Aw, shucks I just realized I hit 9-16 instead of 10-16, which is my real birthday! I better change it, but thanks anyways I feel all mushy inside

oh, haha. XD Well, happy month early birthday then.. My birthday is 10-30, day before halloween. (which just so happens to be my favorite holiday.) Anywho -- I think Nos knows the pair who went out there.. though I'm not sure if Nila or Cu are signed up here. ;; But yeah, they'd probably get a response from Cassie if they messaged her.. I think Nos was one who did anyway.

Cu, a question: Can you post some pictures of the box? Maybe the box itself is a clue. Were there some symbols or writing on it? The box is fairly common, you can find them at farmer's markets and on Melrose in many different shops. they're not very expensive either. I will post some pics tomorrow. To preoccupied at the moment, I don't think it will lead anywhere. One of the first things I did at home was inspect it. I want to grab a blacklight and check out the red cloth it was wrapped in. I don't have one, but I'm sure I can find one...or buy one. It's grasping at straws but it might bear fruit. The only thing of note is that the hinges have begun to rust slightly. We should check on that. It could tell us how long it was submerged.

I just got here and see Cu and nos, the siamese twins, have infiltrated the boards. Watch out, these people are clearly promoting something. They've already sent the official boards into disarray with everyone so excited about what was going to be in the box, which I think was absurd. Those people are so unprofessional there the way they go off into 70 pages of talking over a box they've never even seen.
In my opinion, there is very little chance that the bag would remain there untouched for days. Some people have shown proof that the location is not as forlorn as thought and that people are there pretty often. Also, the expertise of that video, the way it was filmed with every action seemingly completely planned out, definitely smacks of this being planned and fake, whether by the Cassie people or a random hacker.

I'm pretty harmless, trolls are not. The location is about 14miles from the city...and you can't get to it by the direct route, you have to go on a long detour. Also, I think it's the off season. I saw litter but almost no other person, with the exception of some workers gearing up to continue cleaning from the fire 2yrs past. There is alot of litter. But the bag wasn't sitting in the middle of the pool(there are also many of those) but againt the rockface in the deepest section, with several large stones hiding it and keeping it in place. It was heavy and hard to tell apart fro the rocks. All I'm saying is that it's unlikely for a casual observer to find it. You had to know it was there.

I agree. I'm going off the fact that people have already gone out to investigate, with camera in hand, and come up with nothing. I'm saying no bag, but a nice stunt nonetheless

I'm saying no bag, but a nice stunt nonetheless Well not that anything I can say will convince you but I winged the footage. I'm psyched about how well the footage came out. It was pure luck on that end. Al is a pretty damn good editor, check out his other videos to form your own opinion. You know theAAshow ones. Drunken stupidity, but they're amusing. I had some ideas in mind, like only showing my bracelet in the shots, and the basic idea, but Al made it all watchable. I was trying to give the experience of finding the bag to everone else who couldn't be there. That's the main reason I never said wht I found...unfortunatley it took WAY longer than expected. Sorry.

I don't think there's a need for Cu to give more explanations. There is nothing that tell us he may be tricking us. He and nos were not the ones making the bards crazy. All the people arguing among themselves about wheter this fake thing spined of a fake thing was fake or part of the fake.
And hyemew, no offense, is pretty paranoic. He reacts too severly to things. On the other board he went all over me just because I was trying to see if Bree's age of 103 was of some importance. So no need to keep giving him good arguments that he just won't hear.

johnnypanic13, ty for the side-by-side comparison. I agree with the ppl who say that those are two different bags. Also, cassie's bag seems to have a smudged-out area at the lower righthand corner - maybe it's just an artifact, but the rest of the picture is pretty clear. cassiefan: exalt re: your 2nd paragraph

So no need to keep giving him good arguments that he just won't hear. I love when people use the phrase no offense, and then follow it up with an insult. The paradox gets me every time. If I recall that thread, I said something along the lines of "So? I'm 97 on youtube." You replied that if 10-12-06 has a meaning then 103 should too. I replied "10-12-06 was specifically edited into a movie she put out. That was something they didn't have to do. Selecting an age though is something you've got to do on youtube/myspace so she picked something wrong on purpose. You can't confuse the two as one was intentional (10-12) and one was deliberate" (by necessity an age has to be picked). I'm sorry for attacking you so furiously, sometimes I just can't stop myself. [/sarcasm]

But I think it's the same bag. Maybe the contents were changed, but the bag seems to be the same one. Check the color of it when it's falling down on cassie's video, not when it's still at the end. And check the shape of both bags when they're still on the ground.
