well...hmmm...let me catch my breath for a second... It was nice of Bree to share the tune of the "Hymn of One" with us but I think it sounds much more like a tune one might hear when there is a Hymn and a Her involved: mmmmmmmmmmm" (I am going to have way too much pun -hee hee heeee - with this Hymn of One thing! I am just getting started!) "And the lyrics? Johnny Mercer wrote them first. Jessica's hair looks shorter and blonder. It could really be the fancy lighting, but it does. To me at least. And this one is full of fun things to poke fun at. Sooo, obviously Bree has been brainwashed. She's now the poster child for the Hymn of One. And she's obviously having great fun by the sounds of those "ohmmms" and that blissful look on her face. (If you ask me, she looks like she just did a lot of mattress dancing...) Though, I can't help but wonder if, maybe, just maybe, she's not actually brainwashed and she's playing along to gather info about the ceremony, avert death and she's possibly leaving clues in the videos. However, even if this were all true, it's likely the Order gave her a script. Dunno. Hmm. But I want some of whatever she's on. It looks like fun.  (Just kidding...) |

I noted a few things on the phorum. Basically...
That I don't think they'd go to all this trouble just to leave out a letter. I don't think it's bluestone.
Also that it's hard to tell what she says where the "H" is supposed to come from.
I also noted, for the 1st HoO vid, that we can't just assume that Carl and Sonia (the other 2) in the video are helping her send secret messages, so we can't assume that theirs count in whatever message is being sent. Which would leave us with H E L P H E R F A Y T C C.

beneath the blue stone". so that seems to be what we were supposed to find. I saw this possibility discussed before the friday was determined using carl and sonia's lines, but it didn't seem to go anywhere. |

It looks like Bree is auditioning to be on the next channel 10 promo ad. Hehehe... Seriously.[Explanation: Channel 10 is an Australian TV channel. This episode is very much like the current Channel 10 promos at the moment. This is the promo. Take note of the little 'ding' at the start of the LG episode, and at about 0.34 on the 10 ad, with the blonde girl from SVU. See what I mean? I think this is even getting hokey-ier than I thought possible. Why would the HoO put advertising messages out there when they have been a "secret" society/sacrifical ceremonies/chasing and kidnapping people type of business?

People are going on about Bree's religion- but I find nothing intriguing about it anymore..
because:
*This started out with Crowley and all signs pointing towards Thelema..
*"it's not Thelema"
*Then something about the Order started to take shape
*Then something about Order of Denderrah
*Then Denderrah kind of took a backseat
*Did anything else happen at this transitory stage? I can't keep track
*And now we have the Hymn of One- which apparently is "the Order", except it's a Hymn of One is it not?
*And wha happened to Denderrah?
Has anyone been able to keep track of this better than I have?

it's further confused by the fact that her parents aren't a part of theOrder of Denderah (driving lessons, i think). her mom always took her side in arguments, but her mom is the HoO devoted parent, apparently. I have been trying to make sense of it all in my writing. I've concluded that Bree's dad wanted to keep her more in control so she wouldn't need the HoO intervention as much.
the Thelem-ish angle was dropped, I'd imagine, by the fact that actual thelemites complained. HoO and The Order are still in play, but I don't know about the Denderah part of it. How about this:
The Order is the group as a whole. Not just the religious side of it, but it encompasses everything- including the medical/scientific aspects of what's going on. The HoO encompasses only the religious. The Order of Denderah are the ones who are really and truly in the know. The top people in the religion (bishops, maybe deacons) and the higher up people in other aspects (the drug company's CEO, maybe?)
It's so confusing. I'm becoming more confident in their ability to tie up loose ends, but I think they lost too many fans in the process. Not that I think there will be one neat bow tied on the whole thing, but the number of dangling threads will be vastly reduced.

Hooked, I disagree it was dropped due to Thelemites taking offence. They dropped that angle way before vocal 'Thelemites' within the main forum complained. Imo it was glossed over due to a sheer lack of knowledge. I joined the original forum to mention her altar was no such thing and many threads were based on the occult aspects and pulling the schlock occult theme to pieces. They knew they did not have enough knowledge upon the OTO, A.'.A.'., Hastor, etc to continue that plot without it being seen as B movie.
