www.lonelygirl15.com/?p=211Summary Description: I saw Bree's video and Daniel and I got the hell out of there. It's all kind of a blur and I found out some crazy info I can't even process right now - Jonas --------- VanillaFlava adds: The phorum is all wow and holy shit about this one. Let me see, Alex plays 'Für Elise' while being evil. Jonas and Bree are so gonna be siblings, which will be the shocking revelation when the dynamic trio smokes their parents out of their hiding place. Now, if they only had some special powers this could make daytime TV.

the revver link: one.revver.com/watch/206491This was definitely an OMG. I always prefer those to the WTF's. This is the first time ever we got to hear anything directly from the Order's side! It's also the first time we've heard from any character who apparently knows what the hell is going on!

Hmm wow. I must say Bitsie is one of (only?) the best things about this show lately. Her acting is great, I loved that look she gave when she let Daniel back in. I think it could have even a more dramatic ending if it gave another second or two so Fur Elise wasn't quite so cut off. I won't say this isn't an interesting twist of the story, we'll see what happens.

Hyemew, I agree that she demonstrated evilness well in this video. By the lack of furious frenzy and anger over her inclusion in the story (as has been the case with other additions to the cast), I would say that many posting-viewers feel the same about her abilities. (Who knows what non-posting viewers think. Or it could be that the ARG-scandal allowed her to slip in without outrage of posters. Who can say for sure?)
As far as this new information about Jonas's undead parents goes, I am not surprised by this twist, really. I guess it sets up a new direction for the plot, and/or will allow for additional never-ending soap-opera storylines that the production team seems to want. I do wonder how long Bitsie will remain with the series. I like what she has done as Alex.
(I think the mountain-dwelling, van-driving cowboy is responsible for many, if not all, of sinister misdeeds in this storyline. Come to think of it, I believe he just might be Bree's long-lost real father, as well as being Jonas's birthfather, the landlord of the apartment where the party was held and the guy who sold Lucy her first pair of sunglasses...)

Yes, no one can accuse me of hating every new character ever. I hated Jonas because in those early videos his acting and the writing was so terribly bad it was just ridiculous. I also hated how they had claimed all this junk about incorporating fans, but had never done so, and then were blatantly manufacturing their own fan for inclusion. The same thing happened with Gemma. For once this character of Alex was not inserted in a contrived manner, and coupled with her acting abilities makes her a pretty good character, despite her obviously cliche story which is a little irksome. If they had found Jonas in some other way that WASN'T "hi I'm a random guy on-line who just happened to find you", things would have been less bothersome because they wouldn't be so coincidental, but for all this Order-related stuff to emerge from a guy who otherwise was just a "random fan" is just too cliche. That said it would be interesting if we found out something like Alex had somehow secretly intervened without Jonas's knowledge and had somehow pointed him in Bree's direction. I don't know how, seeing as he said he hadn't talked to her in 5 years (which of course wasn't actually true since he knew she was away on business in Italy), but there are already so many plot holes they might as well find a way.

"She's in the f'n order!" Nice edit there... The big revelation is she used to be a photographer? Give Aunt Alex a camera. I like their little argument over whether the photo was on the right or left.
Hmm...Bree is leaving Tach's place? Will she ever return to complete the training that she has begun? She will have to confront Darth Cowboy in battle before she can truly be called a jedi.
Y'know maybe Aunt Alex isn't so evil. Maybe she's just an innocent stuck in the middle trying to play both sides. She did let them go with a warning. There's that line...
So, she's saying that there are ruthless elements within the order, but that she isn't one of them? and Jonas' parents are alive but only as worker drones for the order and kept under complete control with powerful drugs?
"What Lucy? Whatup girl? Stack those boxes of Pharmaceuticals? Hit up some data entry? Work the Order call center? Aint no big thang...It's all good."

I too am still rubbed the wrong way by Jonas's coincidental appearance, Hye. Whenever I bring it up at the forum, there are always some folks who fashion inplausible reasons, tell me that coincidences are fun or that suspension of disbelief is not my strong suit. (Ah well, I guess I shouldn't really criticize others about crazy, nonsensical plots as that is the story of my cheesy video-life...) I hope this is resolved in a clear, reasonable manner as you have suggested, Hye. I really, really do. (Hooray for optimism!) Good point, trash180. I suppose she did have the resources to rat them out or make way for the order to kidnap Daniel as bait again or something along those lines. And here I was so all about the evil and compelling Aunt Alex...

I too am still rubbed the wrong way by Jonas's coincidental appearance, Hye. And that his aunt who he didn't speak to for X years told him she was away for the week and then decided they needed to pick her up from the airport, and knew they were running away from the order.

This ain't suspension of disbelief, this is abandonment of all reason.
Hope springs eternal, dear covites, and what bitter muddy waters they are these days.

This ain't suspension of disbelief, this is abandonment of all reason. Hope springs eternal, dear covites, and what bitter muddy waters they are these days. Aunt Alex being in the Order wasn't the worst thing to ever happen to the show, mostly because I enjoyed her semi-evil performance and perhaps it might have even better as gogo elaborated if she had just gone all out evil instead of just somewhat. However what I don't like is it continues the trend of extreme coincidences which plagues believability. I sometimes think the people who write this are conflicted between whether they want this to be an action movie (with the obvious suspension of reality which comes with most of them) or a vlog series and/or frankly just one about regular people. At least they definitely started off one way and now seem to want to switch over to the other (action) completely different one. What we're left with is something somewhat in between which just can't really function correctly because the complete change they're going for just can't happen because of how it started.

I am honestly surprised there are still so many people watching this show, its right up there with lost,
and by that i mean that none of the creators know what is going on anymore.

I am not so sure you are right about Lost, but even if that was the case, they still manage to produce entertaining and meaningful episodes. Do they make it up as they go along? You know, probably.
I think the problem with LG right now is, like Hyemew said, they don't seem to know what they want. The bounce between soap opera, epic-style mystery, and vlog. What irks me most right now, is not even te ridiculous anount of coincidences, but that they are all used as throw-away material. Nothing develops and stays that way for a while, things are suddenly introduced, then totally abandoned. Like Bree tying Jonas up, now that could have been material for quite a few episodes with a lot of aftermath (that it would hae in reality land), but no, happens, and is neatly discarded two episodes later. Same probably goes for Alex, comes totally out of left-field, introduces some (let's just say predictable but) grave twists on the story-line, but will likely be burried in a few episodes.
It does not pay off to invest emotionally in the current storyline, because the rug is pulled too many times in my opinion.
