www.lonelygirl15.com/?p=200SummaryWell, we hashed things out over the weekend. Jonas was... pissed... obviously, but he understood that we interpreted the symbol the wrong way. Actually, he thought it was weird too! He and I are cool, but he's not talking to Bree right now. - Daniel ---- milo adds: not bad, not bad at all. Bree thinks: Being cute is not going to save me this time.

Milo, didn't you call something like that in chat last week? Well... we got over it, yada yada.... I did. This was a little better than i expected though. and learning that his parents were investigating the order (what a coincidence!!!!) probably was a real revelation to jonas, and more of a reason for him to start to forgive bree.

OK I have not watched it yet, only read the summary listed here and that's the LAMEST thing ever. So they're all back together again and "Jonas is cool" about their attempt on his life? At least he's not talking to Bree, it's not like he's COMPLETELY forgiven and forgotten (which would have made the past few episodes utterly worthless) however I'm beginning(? or long ago?) to realize this series is now just all about one-thing-after-another but without any payoff. At least, I've really gotten no satisfaction out of following the characters and plot lately. This is especially because of how lately so much seems to happen in so short a time, and yet there really is no change in their situation. In the most recent spurt we just saw, it was not only TOO much in too little time, but after all that aggrivation they are ON THE DAMN ROAD AGAIN. Arghh I'm just so sick of it anymore. Can't they at least go somewhere interesting like Europe?! If I hear they've taken to the road one more time..................

If you divide the videos into single-person vlogs, action sequences, and this kind where you get to see the characters interact with each other, the third kind is my favorite. The acting always seems more natural when the actors have someone to play against, and they reveal more of their personality. Jonas made me laugh out loud at the end of this one.
eta: It's not as bad as you think, Hye. They arrive at a destination. That was another reason why I enjoyed this one. 1) The plot moved forward ever so slightly and 2) They had a sense of purpose instead of just saying "what the hell?"

Jonas did a good job of acting pissed. I'm glad he did such a believeable job otherwise I think I might've done damage to my computer. And Bree did a good job with being irritated with him for it. Though, she really deserved it.
And I think Jonas is only talking to Daniel because Daniel loosened his binds and stuff, but it seemed like he was still at least mildly annoyed with him too.
Overall good video. At least the characters even said something about it being deja vu.
I think the reason they keep moving around is a lack of a more permanent set, since they 'borrow' their friend's houses and stuff. Just wish they'd settle or something.

My thoughts are coming in snapshots, sorry this isn't bery cohesive.
This video needs to be entered into evidence for the sibling theory. Jonas is SO the big brother tormenting the little sister Bree.
When someone nearly murders their host, and then needs to apologize for the silly little mistake, Oafish is not a word one should use to describe the generous victim.
Man, what a bummer that nobody left their cameras running during th exchange in which Jonas convinced DanielBreest that he isn't part of the order. Or at least when they first discovered these important documents.
I still love jonas. Sorry slainte. at least I'm consistent.
edited to add: That was just so boneheaded of me, I'm not going to take it out. Sometimes I'm bery special.

So what was the thing that Jonas found in the loft? What did he go to the loft for in the first place? How did he prove he wasn't part of the order.
If you ask the questions left from the last video this video is pants.

Jonas is the voice of the cove friends, let's show him some love. Finally a character that isn't crazy about Bree (even the Order, the apparent 'bad guys' is/are crazy about her). He's calling her out on all the stuff that she should be called out on even while she tries to get past unlawful confinement with, "I said I was sorry...".
I'm going to have to look back and figure it out but I've definitely become a fan of Jonas, the "Velma" in the current "Scooby Gang" incarnation of the series.

The Foundation sounds like something associated with Ms. Kelly and her "Tiko Foundation"... Could Ms. Kelly be canon?
If so, I am all for it! Probably just wishful thinking on my part though...

So what was the thing that Jonas found in the loft? What did he go to the loft for in the first place? How did he prove he wasn't part of the order. It seems that Jonas found a manscript from his dad in the cabin attic, which shows his parents were actually investigating the order - there were against the Order. (I'm sure we'll learn later that's why they disappeared at sea, and that is all somehow still connected to longitude, i bet/hope) What is strange is that Jonas has never indicated his parents had anything to do with the Order (pro or against it). I got the impression he knew nothing about their connection, and that's what he told Daniel during his captivity, but Jonas seemed insistent on getting into the attic to "prove bree wrong." Man, what a bummer that nobody left their cameras running during th exchange in which Jonas convinced DanielBreest that he isn't part of the order. Or at least when they first discovered these important documents. Bree hasn't even mentioend Daniel's video where he admits he loosened Jonas' ropes. I don't think Daniel ever believed Jonas was part of the Order, it just took him some time to get the balls to defy Bree. --- And for fun, here are some random comments on this video from the main video page at lonelygirl15.com: Interestingly, a number of people apparently don't know what "cc" means, which is why this poster has to mention that. (Someone thought it meant "creative commons" license) Good point, there, it means we know Jonas' last name begins with a W.

I have noticed that enjoyment of LG seems to come and go (or at least mine does) and right now I am in one of those times when I am very much not enjoying the series, so take the following with a grain of salt.
I am beyond disappointed that the resolution to the Jonas interrogation storyline was unsatisfying as pretty much every other plot point. Jonas’ pretending he can’t hear Bree is how someone childishly (and somewhat jokingly) retaliates against someone when they steal the last piece of pie you were saving, not when they conspire to end your life. The fact that Jonas is still hanging out with them is beyond ludicrous. I don’t care if DB did eventually let him go. He still tied him up for several days. Jonas was constrained to a chair for days, a couple hours would be unpleasant, but barely being able to move for days would be horrible. You couldn’t get away with doing that to someone in prison. The glossing over of this is one of the most ridiculous things this series has ever done (and that is saying something)
Bree has gone from a character that I really liked, to a character I can deal with, to one I am totally indifferent too, and finally is now one that I actively wish wasn’t onscreen every time I see\hear her.
The endless stream of sudden discoveries, and new places to run to, that come out of now where feel to me like this series equivalent of Star Trek’s technobabble - used to quickly solve any and all difficulties in the plot. Also Star Trek’s ‘what happens in the episode, stays in the episode’ rule also seems to apply to LG. I think there is a good reason why this style of TV writing has gone out of fashion. Random solutions to the characters problems that simply appear combined with a lack of consequences for any of the characters actions leads to a pretty unsatisfying show.
On the plus side it was nice to see an On the Road video that started on the road and actually ended at its destination for once. And Milo that last quote gave me a nice chuckle.

i haven't looked for the supporting evidence, but i don't think jonas was actually tied up for days. this is another case of the video posting in real time not matching up with breeniverse time. whenever anything big happens on the show and is spread over a few episodes (which could take a week), it simply cannot really have happened that way. if he was only tied up for a day, maybe jonas' reaction would be more believeable.
