I mentioned about following foot prints in the snow the other day, I must be some sort of genius! Bree hardly looked 'crazy' to me, she looked and acted like a scared cat. She wasn't mad and wasn't keen on finding Jone, has she changed moods again? Maybe it's bi-polar Hye?  Bit rubbish if you ask me, the creators are doing a poor job at creating something good. They had a fairly interesting position, with Jone tied up and Bree and Daniel on bad terms, so there was scope for some videos where not much happened, the tempo was slowed down etc. But no, it seems everything has to happen all at once, oh well! |

I was totally expecting to glimpse something shocking at the last second as Daniel moves the camera, something he didn't notice. That would have been cool. Instead this episode was just a forwarding-the-plot episode with no substance what so ever. I was almost positive they literally were going to go "on the road" via walking in the snow, which would have just been pathetic. There is really no reason to even watch this episode, nothing interesting, nothing entertaining, not a single interesting reference or anything that made this show so great. This was just a lot of screaming, running out side, and then giving up. That's what they get for trying to tie up a boxer...

Although a bit of a filler episode, I really like the idea of separating the vloggers again. Having all three of them in the same place really didn’t help take advantage of what the medium could offer. Vlogging is all about communicating with people using video and the internet. Making them in different physical locations causes them to use the videos to actually communicate with each other again.
Due to the fact that the show takes place in real time they had to resolve the Jonas is tied up issue really quickly anyways. After 4 or so days the guy is gonna be in a really bad shape. It was a potentially interesting situation and they likely didn’t get as much out of it as they could have. But if they insist on only showing 3 minutes of their lives every 2-3 days there will also be “so much more that you don't see, that you don't know.”

“so much more that you don't see, that you don't know.” This is a fair point although it can't be used an excuse. We might not see everything and things might happen without us knowing, but large incidents like this can't be swept under the rug. If it did happen off camera then it should at least be spoken about in the next video. A video of Bree and Daniel discussing how their interrogation had gone for instance, and their current thoughts and a possible plan. It all moves to quick to be honest, and they is no longer any quirkyness, what you see is what you get. |

This title belongs on the previous vid but should have said "What the Fuck!".
Perhaps Daniel will find Joan deep in the woods, shivering and scared. Perhaps they will embrace and have another Bro-Down right there. Bree will apologize saying she "just doesn't know what she is doing lately". They will have a group hug and then they will all be buddies again.
Yes, yes yes CG. Joan has become the Yeti! I will alert the GRC immediately. SPeaking of which...I could use some help on the creature thread. I am at a total loss as to how I am going to spin this one!

i don't have much to say about this one. daniel should not have let bree kept jonas tied up for so long, that was stupid.
i also look forward to seeing jonas vlog on his own now for a bit.

That'll do nothing for the plot but I mean who can imagine the awkwardness of Jonas's next video... something along the lines of: "Hi Bree, so about tying me up and suggesting that you and Daniel put a plate of food in front of me and leave me for dead..."

who can imagine the awkwardness of Jonas's next video... something along the lines of: "Hi Bree, so about tying me up and suggesting that you and Daniel put a plate of food in front of me and leave me for dead..." I CAN imagine Jonas saying something like that, but immediately followed by him chewing out Bree with a pretty chunk of profanity. And then followed by that smile of his (which would be a LOT more creepy than anything else at this point -- If he can smile after all that, then Whooo.) I still hope Jonas is innocent in all of this . . . what can I say? I like the guy. |
