Seriously. This had to be an in character response to how I so blatantly and geniusly pointed out that Bree was lacking some serious emotion in her video post-Daddy death. They perfectly explained that away by saying that she was raised to be tough and have the emotional strength equivalent to the lid on the jar of pickles/gherkins. Because you know, you can never get the damn lid off the damn pickle jar. But eventually, it breaks or comes off. Or you throw it up against the wall. In the end, you get the pickles one way or another.

Bree will break at some point.


I'm glad that I pointed this all out beforehand and it actually get explained in a vlog.

Bree and Daniel had very distinct characters in the beginning. Just like a real vlog, you quickly got an idea of the type of people they were. Now their behavior is so inconsistent, I'm not sure what their real characters are. I guess the upside of the story making less sense is that it also becomes less predictable.

The moment when Daniel barges in to the bathroom, and the music kicks in, because of the timing, I thought at first that Bree was hiding in the shadows, listening to this music that at first just sounded like low chanting. Then, as she gets more agitated, I had the creepy feeling for a seond that when they turned on the lights, we were going to see something shocking....but we didn't.

It did plant the idea in my mind, which I never seriously considered (people may have joked about it at some point), that Bree could be made the villian somehow. If that was the big twist to all of this, I would have to give respect to the creators just for the guts it would take to go there.

Any guy over 25 should know that you DO NOT MESS with a female (girl/tweeny/teen/ coed or woman) when she is pouting (or to be more sensitive: in the throws of despair). It's just not safe physically let alone emotionally!

But boys will be boys and the first instinct as a guy is always :"I can fix this!" The problem is that a forlorn woman isn't something you can handle with a hammer, duct tape and WD-40.

Watch now as Bree retreats into her room and when she is done throwing up....appear Cassie (my bet) or perhaps Ilsa She-Wolf of the SS!!! or as some other monstrous ogress, Queen Bitch, Mistress of the Night
