Mysteries:
* why was Lucy waiting around for two hours on the street? Didn't either she or Daniel have to pee?
* why would Bree have been so happily excited about a doctor's appointment, and why did she have her mind on marriage?
* is it really stalking when your pursuer is a hot young comics-loving, good sport of a man from Jordan? Or would that be more in the nature of a treasured gift from the Almighty?

Also Noteworthy:
After the cal phillips misunderstanding/debate/debacle/whatever, Miles and Mesh are being more careful not to show exteriors of private locations. But when Daniel gets to the office park, the camera again lovingly roams about on architectural details.

One poster suggested that when Bree said, "Daniel, I want you to stop following me" that what she actually wanted was for Daniel to stop watching her videos. It's still okay to stalk her with his Web cam, I guess.

Edit: although I think it's irrelevant. My money says the car is an Acura.

There was some sort of misunderstanding, either wilful or genuine, which resulted in some fan who is familiar with the subdivision going to the house in the Who is That video and allegedly getting permission from its owners to post some details. The Admin's displeased response casts some doubt, maybe, on some of the details of the house sleuth's story. It sparked about a two day debate on the Phorum about canon/non-canon, whether Mod info was trustworthy, and whether people should or shouldn't feel entitled to investigate every little lg15 location in person. There was finally again a more definitive statement made behind the scenes that ciw is not canon, and cassiefans shouldn't anticipate that all lg15 locations will be significant to the cassie "storyline" such as it is.

I don't really know how much really got resolved about those issues, because today ciw went back into action with more.... well, whatever it is that ciw purports to be doing, and the ciw crowd went happily apeshit over it all and has been distracted all day with it.

i just checked the main board to see what they're saying on the two new videos. but its overwhelmed with cassieiswatching-focused people. its so sad my stomach got a little queasy. bree can't control that spinoff. i think the main board needs to dump ciw. i'm serious. daniel doesn't film bree's "house" in this video because ciw'ers thought it was a KLEW in the last one, and even the presence of the yield sign in both of daniel's recent videos is seen as a KLEW to go find it. ugh.

I'm with you there. Ever since the creators of LG15 disavowed CiW, the ARG crowd took their denial as some kind of "proof" it was a game. :-( This has led to serious confusion on that board. I quit visiting the site around the "Manson" incident, however I took a look today and all I can say is... ugh! They are now tied in knots over bizarre Morse code anagrams and close-ups of "female genitalia" during a live birth. It's sick... and entirely "off brand" for anything related to LG15. Since the forces that be are in the process of moving users from YouTube over to lonelygirl15.com they should think hard about the content on that site and what they want to project to their audience.

Also, it is troubling to know that the same crowd is now having stake-outs at sites that appear in the videos. That is shameful behavior and more should be done to dismiss the CiW "phenomena" or whatever it is.

On a positive note, I have found far more interesting discussion and enlightening people since I have come to Anchor Cove. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

We are drifiting OT again, but here goes. I continue to be amazed by the gross incompetence of the creators to control the web presence and the LG15 brand. They do indeed need to squash all CIW nonsense and protect the Breeniverse from corruption by this virus.

Thank goodnes we can shelter here in the Cove away from the oil slick that is CIW.

I think you guys are all for the most part pretty mature, so hopefully I can get this out without getting flamed. I sort of wish you guys would simmer down about the Cassie stuff. I understand your frustration. Was the Manson reference over the top? Hell yes. Is the level of hype a little much? Sure, for our tastes. But guys, look at how this thread has devolved into condescending posts regarding the Cassie people and the official board. First of all, it's a little silly. It's not like we're the elite class of lonelygirl15 fans. We're just people who prefer a quieter board. We're not better than them, and it's not fun to read snotty posts.

Second of all, if we've resolved that this isn't a forum for posting about CiW, why are we on the topic at all? This is a thread about Daniel's recent video, and I count less than half the posts that are on topic. Does anyone care to actually discuss the video?

Live and let live, everybody. You don't enjoy Cassie's little game, but these people have every right to. 99% of them are just having fun and not really hurting anything. Hang out on this board if you don't want to be a part of it, but there's no good reason for all the snobbery. End rant.

to be on topic here, its odd that Lucy wouldn't park in front of bree's house. it suggests the helper is not parent-approved. also, daniel makes no mention of bree's previous plea for him to stop stalking. how is she going to react to this? get a restraining order? :-)

I do think the biggest question is how The Breester will react to this. (It seems kinda silly pretending they are "really" watching each other's vids, but I say go for it!)

Not much in the way of plot or character development, but at least we know our boy is still in the game as it were. I still contend that DB is a "Good Guy", but that may be subject to the whims of the fans if we are driving the story...

Not at all -- the Cove has grown insular lately, maybe even a little too much for our own good. A lot of the older humor was topical for the time, and since we have the potential to grow again, we can all stand to reflect on what might be the best face to show and attract newcomers. Anyone in the Cove should always feel free to remind us all of that, and I think doing it in public like you have is probably the best way of doing it. And thanks!

one thing is this was shot the same day the last Daniel video was done that's why the no mention of Bree's plea to Daniel to stop filming, and it would have been more lines for Yousef if this was done all at once. Remember he said on his myspace that he had to learn his lines well the last video had him saying what 30 words but add that and this and maybe one more and you have enough to warrant that comment.

Are you saying that in the real universe it was shot in one day because of comments Yousef made on MySpace, and therefore in the Breeniverse Daniel doesn't know about Bree's video?

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying.

This video may have been filmed on the same day as the previous video, but in the storyline it has to be a different day.
Daniel refers to the girl as 'Her Helper' at the beginning of the video so he has to have seen Bree's video by the time he filmed this. (Either that or he just came up with the title for her and then later went back to the house and waited an additional 2 hours which would make this day quite long)

what I am getting at is from the look it appears to be the same day of shooting
1. Daniel calls her Bree's helper not Lucy. Helper could have been all Daniel knew I mean he was called boy 1 in casting so the name Lucy could have been picked later.
2. Daniel makes a post I know mostly about how he loves the Simpson's also about how he is working on his script The who is she video has him saying only a hand full of words not really that much work but if they filmed for a few hours cut them into a few videos then yes I can see him working hard on that.
3. Most movie and Television are not filmed in chronological order so this would be nothing new more the norm if they did it.
