Stalker Daniel? Not a very good ending though. I suppose it did what they wanted, it left me hanging.

My first thoughts, mystery woman is not related to the religion, but is in fact against it in some way. Dharma and I also discussed the idea that she might be an FBI agent. All is not as it seems in the Breeniverse.

Several notable developments here:
1) A new character! I don't think that's Cassie. And it's sure not Bree's mom, because Daniel would recognize her.
2) A new face. The only characters with faces, until this, were Bree and Daniel.
3) Everybody wanting to see Bree's midriff (presumably, this includes Daniel) finally got their wish!
4) Bree's house from the outside, her bedroom presumably the one above the garage.
5) Daniel has become the main character, I'm guessing for at least a couple videos. And I'm 90 percent sure that Daniel is wearing American Eagle jeans -- the clothing of a cinematic hero...

Girl#2 finally appears!
EDIT: Martha: I can't tell her age very well on my home computer. She may not be Girl #2.
EDIT #2: There are already 77 comments on this video on the main board but so few here? :-( I'll go see if they've gone cassie crazy or what is up there . .. .
EDIT #3: . . . The primary discussion at the official board is that she seems to be practicing for the ceremony, facing 3 directions, or something like that. There's also a lot of focus on whatever is in Daniel's pocket.
ALSO, what is Bree going to do when she watches this video? He stalked her, pretty much. Or, we will learn later that she hasn't been allowed to get on the internet?

There's just something about our new cast member that made both of us immediately think, "Hollywood FBI character". The outfit, the glasses. But, at least for me, it's just an impression.
The bulge in Daniel's pocket looks an awful lot like a half-empty 20-cigarette hard pack, more than a wallet, flask or cell phone, to me anyway.
Watching the last bit on frame-by-frame, it really looks like Bree is rehearsing some kind of lines.
The description of the vid says that Daniel is going to try to work things out with Bree, but the vid makes it clear they've banned him from the house; his narration is to the viewer until he spots the mystery woman, at which point he starts basically muttering to himself. This implies that he knew that Bree's parents were out, and the mystery woman may be showing up and picking her up without her parents' awareness.
Overall, this vid was very disappointing to me, especially with its abrupt cut-off. I'd love to see a Daniel vid tomorrow morning continuing it saying "I wasn't sure I should post the rest of this, but after I slept on it, here it is...".

OT, but needs to be addressed. Most posters here probably have serious schoolwork, jobs, family, relationships, etc. A real life outside the Breeniverse. Hence the comparitively fewer but MUCH more insightful and intelligent posts. |

The ending was rather abrupt. I don't know how to read this production technique. Just nuts and bolts of the schedule or is this some kind of conventional/unconventional technique??
I am not thinking FBI agent, I am more of mind she is a senior religious figure. Perhaps this was practice for the ceremony??

I believe a lot more of us are East Coast, and Midwest too, and wouldn't be likely to be up posting random thoughts at what is 2am or3am for us. We also don't tend as a crowd to care about being the first to come up with a thought or a clue.
Was that Amanda Solomon playing the blond woman?

I think the woman is Mrs. Goodfried. She has no speaking parts (yet), so you really don't need an actress or anything to have been cast to play her. She may not show up again, or at least not until the ceremony, the seeds for plot forwarding have been planted. I'm just really glad that based on my perusal of the main forums thread on this episode I don't see people jumping at "OMG THE BLONDE IS CASSIE!". I don't know if they've brought that up at the Cassiewatching section though.. but I think they're smarter than that at least.
I really think Bree will post another video because Daniel made her do so based on posting this video of her. I highly doubt they will forward the entire LG plot via uploads from daniel because as we know most people don't watch his. This was an overall interesting episode. At first I thought it was sacrelige to show the face another person in the breeniverse who is not Bree or Daniel, haha, but I've gotten over that and think it was pretty good. The ending was pretty lame though, I mean I know they were going for the whole random ending thing but it was too abrupt and seemingly for no reason. Daniel DID have to go home and upload it, it's not like they killed him and hence it ended. Bree is not going to be happy about this uploading of an invasion of her privacy. I can see things spiraling out of control in their relationship from here.

Haven't watched the video yet, I'm at work.  Have any of Daniel's had an ending though? I can't remember him saying bye and waving to the camera, so it isn't unexpected. |

Hi All, Well, a blond female Neo comes to help Bree practice for the ceremony. And the Brandy Chastain disrobing, I think I stumbled onto something when I speculated the ceremony was a sporting event. In the FWIW Department, Bree’s “house” does not appear to be the same building that Bree’s “bedroom” is in. Windows are different, layout of rooms doesn’t match, at least from the front. Looks like it has central air conditioning too. <edit> It does, however match the image of a very nice suburban (Cali) home. <edit> Off to Work, FLWright |

Looks like it has central air conditioning too. Yep, I figured that too. Bree's "real" room has sliding glass doors where the window is supposed to be. But figuring this is her house exterior for purposes of the show, I was sad to not see a big tree outside her window to support her sneaking out story. Most posters here probably have serious schoolwork, jobs, family, relationships, etc. A real life outside the Breeniverse. Hence the comparitively fewer but MUCH more insightful and intelligent posts. I agree. We tend to have limited chatroom style posts in our threads. "ZOMG! Daniel has a bulge in his pockets!" |
