Good video. Addressed a lot of loose ends and provided more insight into the Order. Presenting it as almost more of an Eyes Wide Shut sort of organization.
The pacing is a little off, Bree's been on the run since Thursday, Nov. 2? Her parents have been missing 10 days? But it sounds like this is more a result of behind-the-scenes issues, than a deliberate plot point.
The series has really gotten back on track since "I Listened To Daniel."

one little odd technical thing i want to mention about this video. the lonelygirl15.com link includes "p=103" in it. typically, that number goes up by one for each video posted on the site. however, the last lg15 video, learning egyptian by gemma, was only p=100. so, 101 and 102 are missing in the sequence.
not sure why they would do that. one possible and intruiging reason would be that there are recent response videos out there that will become canon, just like gemma did. this would avoid a prior glitch: gemma's 1st two response videos don't show up in the video list on the left hand bar of the lonelygirl15.com main page -- thus, its harder to track them down even though they are proven as canon now. so, if there are two videos to be inserted into the sequence before this Motel Pool video, there are slots left open.
there could also be very mundane explanations too, like, they lost count of the "p" number and wanted to make sure that the number they picked was high enough.

They've done this quite a bit too. The fact that we're at 103, even though this is the 73 video, indicates that 30 videos are missing from the sequence.

Just 3 posts.. M&M and family, supporters, lawyers and merchandisers.. Just 3. I'm glag I did not bet any money on LG15.. This video leaves me kindda empty.. So Bree forgot to mention her house was swarming with the finest of LA all the time.. Just a small detail.. It could happen to any of us.. Right? Ok, I'm going to go far off right now.. But let's see if someone agrees: Both Jess and Yousef's body language suggest absolute lack of motivation to "work".. Meaning they just wanted to get the vid done and get the hell outta there.. So.. Great news: The turtle is a olympic medallist.. Yousef just found out he is hanging with the daughther of some weird parents into a mafia-like secret cult in which high ranking justice and police might be involved.. Bree is able to put on a jacket while holding the camera but she is not able to realize the meaning of her family connections .. In november sometimes is too cold to go to the pool.. Purple Monkey does not likes cold water.. Did I miss any other major point? ;D I'm sorry Jay, I know you are madly in love with Jess but I got to point this out.. Two teenagers lock themselves in a motel room and they won't even talk to each other? I used to think that Daniel liked Bree.. Now I'm considering other options regarding his mating preferences.. I don't know.. Maybe I should see some more Noho vids!

Lol joss, Daniel is a gentleman, remember?! I regret the notion that someone can't spend time with a girl alone in a motel room without raping her. I mean come on, men are pigs but THAT bad?

They've done this quite a bit too. The fact that we're at 103, even though this is the 73 video, indicates that 30 videos are missing from the sequence. so, does that mean that there are currently 30 videos out there, part of the breeniverse, but not quite? If so, are they on Revver or YouTube? Should we be hunting them down? I would give the creators (are we at capital or lower case right now?) a big scrollish beginning-of-chapter "C" if down the road, we were to discover more, related videos that had been made all along, and somehow have all of our WTF moments explained beautifully and seamlessly. I'm looking for a big payoff, which may or may not come. On another note, has anyone noticed this weird giggle she has started to do? I think she did it in the On The Run video, and in this one, she does it at the beginning, after Daniel responds to her "What do you think, Daniel?" question. It keeps catching me off guard, because it seems un-Breelike. her furry friends snort/laugh seems more...right. I dunno.

im loseing interest, i mean it was fun and all with the mystery of the religion and all the clues and reaserch.
but now it seems like they shot themselves in the foot with the whole "it was all fake to catch daniel for no reason" thing and now rather than go to the hospital to have it patched up they are limping away and causeing more damage as they drag the now bleeding foot across the ground and use Gemma brand bandages to try to stem the flow.
i really do hate the gemma charecter, and i could prob. go on a long rant about her, but due to this being the wrong place i wont, suffice to say that i dont think the Gemma flotation device will be enough to keep the LG15 project's head above water.
honestly tho, the old videos, proving science wrong, the "fluff" ect, were at least amuseing this video definetly lacked that quality, as well as the fact that nothing has happend in 4 days to progress the plot

I have to agree -- a mystery story, when it all seemed as though it was going somewhere, was intruiguing. Now it seems as though it's meant to be an open-ended project? People are going to want loose ends to be tied up at some point.
You can be open-ended with light-hearted, reality-based stuff like NoHoGirls. If you're going to build a series on starts and stops of dramatic tension, however, you will exhaust and frustrate your audience. Bree's a tease. People want the payoff at some point. Maybe more experienced storytellers could pull this off, but I'm not so certain that this is the series that will make it a successful subgenre.

I am going to have to give them (the Cast) the benefit of the doubt that it was shot sometime during the notFired Debacle (nFD). Yes, it was a little "off" and didn't advance the plot much but at least they met the production schedule. Let's hope they have put the nFD behind them and can concentrate on their work and not the behind the scenes drama.
I agree with Noa on the skepticism about the writing, the quality is maddeningly inconsistent.

Jay, do you think that if you loved someone, and you knew that that person was concerned for her own safety, and the safety of the people she loved most, and that her entire life had been overturned, your desire to take care of the person you loved might overcome your desire to sleep with her, at least on a short-term basis?

I'm on to you, Neem!!!
Nothing could ever overpower my desire to sleep with...
Sheesh... come on, I'm merely joking around about Daniel and Bree! I was poking fun at Joss's post that jokingly suggested Daniel was gay for not doing anything to her. They're fictional characters and we were all just having some fun!

And, you know, it's not your fault! The problem is that it's impossible for any of us to suspend disbelief for more than a few seconds, which makes it hard to imagine what a character's natural reaction might be.
