I wanted to start a thread that highlighted all the of the plot holes or things that just don't make much or any sense about the series to you. Maybe there are some questions that could be answered or answers that could be questioned. Of just some plain frustrated grumpy fun.
Here are just a few of mine...
Bree's Clothes - How many did she pack when they "grabbed some stuff" 2 months ago, I haven't seen her in the same thing twice yet.
Daniel's Parents - Would they really think he is just "with friends" for 2 months? Don't you think whey would be wondering where he is by now?
Bree's Parents - In the Vlog, "I talked to my Parents", Bree tells us that she talked to her parents about the ceremony and they agreed to not let her do it. But in "Hiding in the Bathroom" Bree tells us that her (not)Mother was high up in The Order. If she was so high up and only a small percentage of the 'order controlled potentials' can do this ceremony that is so important, I think they would have insisted she do it.
Cassie - Once mentioned, never 'gain(ed) (not a plot hole, but still puzzling.

Cassie is not a plot hole. I feel she might have been utilized, but once she was hijacked they dropped it. I really don't see any reason for her to have been mentioned if she was never going to be used, but as I have stated before I love Cassie in the role of an unseen "Jennie Piccolo" type person, and hope they keep that up. Based on the way they said they wanted to add a character, but didn't have a way to do it until McPhee came along, I'm thinking they aren't planning on casting a Cassie, or anyone for that matter, anytime soon if ever.

no its not a plot hole, but it still doesn't make much sense IMO. I too wish she would have been utilized better, instead of completely dropped. btw, is one of the ARG's doing something with Cassie now?

No, I don't wish they had utlized her. I never liked when they added new people like Gemma. From the beginning I wanted her to be a heard of-but-not-seen character.

but even in that sense they would have been utilizing the charactor instead of random name dropping.

My biggest plothole/annoyance/WTF right now is pacing.
if they were doing a typical series, it would make sense to space the videos as they are. But, as it is now, they are in a pretty high intensity situation, and they post every few days with no mention of the high intensity that came between. Monday, they started looking for Daniel, tuesday, they posted a video saying they had stayed at a hotel the night before. sensible enough, but then they don't post again until late thursday night, saying they are following this cowboy. No mention that they looked for 3 days for him, or what they had been doing/discovering/learning all of Tues and Wed. and now, two days later- surely something has happened? They had a really good start, wouldn't they likely find something big, or at least bother to report an unsuccessful stakeout the next day. During intense moments, they need to post more often, and keep the 3 days between posts thing to low-key moments. I'm not really coherent enough right now to explain it, but if they're going to abandon typical storytelling for a more vloggy personal type thing, then they have to be prepared to tell the story at a more engaging pace.

They are so short-staffed that I think that any kind of disruption from the schedule can be due to the simplest of reasons. If even one cast or crew member were to get a cold or the like, then the schedule is shot to shit and it produces issues like you brought up. Not excusing it, just pointing out the behind the scenes reality.
That said, it is really jarring when they do these cliffhanger type things that make it very challenging to try and maintain a SOR. I wish they would stick to the vlog format or just abandon it as Terry has suggested. The mixture of the two is not working very well.
