In the last episode only her navel. But one of the basic concepts of the show is showing attract 'college' girls in very little clothing so it is only a matter of time.

I happened to come across Greek on tv tonight so I turned it on. Some funny comments about it: 1. Jessica used the term "snarky", perhaps her writers read the Cove? 2. Her sorority is dealing with a mysterious dead girl named Virginia who might just be haunting them on this dark and story night. Crazy things are happening like when they realized Virginia hung herself from the building's chandeleer after losing a vote for sorority president one of the girls said that was pathetic and the chandeleer came crashing down. One of the girls screamed out "it's Virginia!". "Virginia" totally has Cassie written all over her. Now their having a seance.. now that's the one thing we forgot to do to resurrect Cassie!

I'm watching Episode 5 with Jess in it. I'll be honest... I sorta like it so far. I'll update this post as I watch with my thoughts -- sorta like a Super Bowl blog. 18:07 I'm 18 minutes in which is almost half way. The girls in this show are really cute. 19:14 Just watched the scene where the guy goes over to the sorority house and asks to borrow a car and Jess is like "I have a car, I'll drive" and the guy is like "Uh..." I'm sorry but how gay is this guy? If you are the nerdy science guy, and a hot nerdy girl starts talking to you, you jump all over that so fast. This is actually a pretty good rule of thumb even if you're not a nerdy science guy, because most "nerdy" people are totally normal once they get to know you. And she'll still be hot too. 19:23 Okay, she even said what I was saying. That she's not as annoying once she gets to know you. 21:28 Not related to Jess. But the guy with the rich dad is in a tough spot. On the one hand he's got the sweet blonde girlfriend; on the other hand there's the hot (I had to look this up) Pakistani-Portuguese (or P-P and might I add yowza!) girl. It's two competing reproductive urges: familiarity vs. the desire to propagate healthy off-spring through genetic diversity (this is why multi-ethnic people are, on average, so much more attractive; a biological response to the strong genetics). In the show, you go with the non-bitchy one. In real life, the P-P girl is fluent in French and Gujarati and the blonde is Kelsey Grammer's daughter. Trilingual beats cross-dressing dad every single time. 25:03 What do you think Jess thought when the script said that she and the guy were going to break into a facility and commit a homeland security violation. Did she think oh god not again or thank god, I'm a vet at B&E scenes!33:25 Good lord, Jess is an attractive girl. All that Hymn of One crap totally made me forget. 39:12 Wow... I need to be an actor. Jess's character was introduced in the four prior episodes as being reallllly talkative, boring and almost vapid. This episode it comes out that she's actually quite intelligent and fun and it's awesome the Rusty is dating her! In the whole Casey versus Rebecca...I think I'd just automatically go with the girl I was dating and not the one I cheated on her with. All the shit Casey's given Evan was totally deserved. In the first episode, Rusty walked in on Evan and Rebecca when they were just making out topless. Evan looked at Rusty all guilty-like, so he knew he was doing something wrong. He cheated on Casey and completely knew he what he was doing. It wasn't an "I was so drunk I didn't know what I was doing." type thing. ...that makes it sound like I'm a lot more into the series than I am. I just have very distinct opinions on cheating.

thanks, Jay....I knew this, but didn't know I knew it, and now I know why it's so....

After everyone seemed to love the show except me I figured I'd better give it another chance. Upon viewing a second episode I have come to the conclusion you all must be crazy. Am I really the only one that sees this show as a souped up Saved by the Bell: The College Years, but missing the dramatic talents of Bob Golic.
First of all who airs their Halloween episode in August, but I'll ignore that. I find all the characters and dialog pretty much boring, I'm hard pressed to find a unique one in the bunch. I suppose that is realistic, but I like my realism to be representative of reality, but a slightly more jazzed up reality. The dramatic elements largely fall flat for me and feel like they are covering paths so already worn they are trenches. I mean a guy worried about what people will think if they find out he is gay. What college is he going to? one with a timewarp to 1980?
Same with the comedy, it is rare for me not to know the punchline of the jokes while they are setting them up, just because the comedic techniques they use are so common. Or when they do try something that I think could be funny, their execution results in me not even smiling. Like in last nights episode when they did a parody of the scene in Jaws where they shows each other their battle scars. This could have been funny, but really no one should attempt to take on this scene unless you have a more clever approach to it then Kevin Smith did in Chasing Amy.
It sounds like I'm being harsh, and I suppose I am, but overall I don't think this show is any better or worse then the majority of what is on television. I think it will do very well with the audience of tweens it is directed at, and I'm not all that surprised that the BBC picked it up - they also picked up Pirate Master. But Jay if you are going to return to the land of TV, please don't let this be your sole venture. There are many more far more deserving shows out there.

Haha I agree Terry. Both the suspense of the guy with a secret and all the not-so-subtle references to secrets and it possibly being revealed was a rather non-entity. I think they were very heavy-handed with the whole issue, like when his unsuspecting friend asked "what should two guys do alone in the dark?" It was It didn't have me scream "WHAT?!" though until he was finally going to reveal his secret when suddenly a giant snake fell out of the ceiling onto the guy he was going to tell. It was just like... why?! Is this show going to continue maintaining the suspense via him almost telling people his secret throughout the season only to have them being taken out by exotic animals before he was able to? The show also used the oldest-trick-in-the-book of a report going over the radio of a psycho woman escaping from a mental institution, causing them to suspect a new friend who just showed up on their premesis. Yeah I think I first saw that trick on I Love Lucy circa 1955. Of course, in this episode it turns out that the new friend was A psycho, but not THE psycho, and their psycho loses interest in her murderous plot and just goes home. WHAT?!
That said, I did find the part with "Virginia" fun only because of the parallels it drew with Cassie, though for being a sorority of girls (probably some of the most skittish people on earth) they sure didn't appear overly scared about the clear paranormal activity which was going on around them.

I have to say that being openly gay in a fraternity is very rare. The SAKs and PhiPsis were the only frats on my campus that had openly gay members. BEGGARS, ADGs, and APAs would probably cringe if they found out they had openly gay members. They obviously can't discriminate against you, but they can think of other reasons to not give you a bid, etc. Seems pretty plausible that he'd be worried about coming out.
And don't get me started on the dearth of lesbians in the sororities at my school.

Perhaps I am a little sheltered up here, I just though the whole gay\lesbian discrimination was pretty much phased out. The gay and lesbian parade in London always attracts more attention then the Christmas parade - but that might have to do with July being a much nicer time for a parade then december.
