It's also important to note that the above is just the Prologue/Introduction. A new story arc in OpAphid starts this week apparently. With any luck it will have a bit heavier narrative.
So far the drops have been cool, and it was neat to see those pics of Daniel from Lucy's computer, plus learn a little more about The Order.

ah thanks, skiba. That was well, still confusing!
What's with trainer on the LG forum, who is trying to convince everyone that the order is the illuminati? I'm not buying that.

The video I watched involved a drop in LA. That's great. But I live in Manhattan, I'm spending Christmas in Miami, and I really only make it out to LA a couple times a year to do Press. You know, Leno and stuff. And I'm worth $400 million. What if I were a young journalist or something who couldn't afford to fly to LA even if I wanted to? They've taken the global experience of lonelygirl15 -- a show that anyone who understood English could follow and enjoy, and now made it so that you can only get the full experience if you live in Los Angeles. It's beyond idiotic. Yea it sucks how you have to live in LA to fully get involved with the ARG drops and everything. I don't live there so it's probably the main reason why I'm not too excited about getting into OpAphid.

I don't live there so it's probably the main reason why I'm not too excited about getting into OpAphid. That's not true. The drops so far have been all over the west coast and there has been talk of international expansion. But the drops are a small part of OpAphid. There have been some cool phone puzzles (that you can reach via Skype even), and lots of other stuff. It's interesting to see these aspects of the Breeniverse hit more real life areas. And once someone gets a drop it goes online, so its cool we all got acess to those pics of Daniel off Lucy's computer. It's narrow minded to think OpAphid is all about Los Angeles. Read up on it and you'll see it's been really diverse and not limited at all.

I believe they were looking at both Homeschoolers Aggregate and OpAphid early on to see what they wanted to endorse.
