Bonjour! Uhh... -waves- I'm Liz. I'm 18 years of age. And I'm a college student. (Yay more homework!) Uhh... I'm... a pretty dorky internet lover. I'm going to college to get a degree in interactive multimedias. In the end, I want to open a photography/videography/advertising business all in one. I loooove photography and making videos and designing graphics, like advertisements. I live in Eastern USA. That's all you really need to know :-P I love Languages. I'm fluent in American Sign Language and I know bits and pieces from French, Spanish and Romanian. Erm... I guess that's really it. Now for some linky dinks. (Like shrinky dinks, but with linky, not shrinky. Remember shrinky dinks?) www.imparfaite.comThat is my personal website, it has some of my photography, poems, etc on it. www.youtube.com/profile?user=imparfaiteMy youtube, right now it's just blogs, but I will be posting some short video of my creation sometime soon. I hope. ^_^ I have a myspace, but I don't use it. I loathe myspace. Haha. Okay, so yeah... I think most all of you are pretty awesome people. And another note, I like to randomly exalt people. Hehe. Peace and take care! ~Liz

HELLO MAH BABIES. I am a junior in college and a pre-med student. I want to become a dermatologist. I think skin problems are evil and must be stopped!!! I speak from experience. I fell in love with the LG15 story because I have strict religious parents who sort of make it hard for me to have friends or a life. I was like "YES!!!! SOMEONE ELSE LIKE ME." And she was fake, oh noes! I was at the LG15.com forums and was directed here shortly after the message from the creators. All the action was here! I've been following Bree since May. Oh, how I love her and her videos. I really hope they stay fun and cheerful and don't get TOO dark or crazy. You guys are all great Edited to add: feel free to call me Michelle

I'm from the Midwest US and I'm in the software business. I have a blog that has nothing to do with LG15 but may give you more insight on what I find interesting: randyh.wordpess.comI became interested in LG15 due to the CIW story line. I had heard about LG15 before but it didn't really click with me until the cassie material was introduced. I've been lurking on this forum and the LG15 forum for just a bit. I've posted to YT cassie a few times as well and have hunted for the industrial park seen in the "daniel/bree fight" video using aerial mapping tools. Interested in side discussions on CIW and LG15 religious themes.

Hi, my name is Gavin. To be honest I wasn't going to introduce myself, because I only want to be a lurker. I've been reading this board for weeks, but today I found my username/password not working. I figured maybe I was dropped because I didn't make any posts. So I guess I have to. Most of the fuss is over now with lonelygirl15. It was a great exciting week when it all came out. Now I just come here to check the discussion thread for each new video. Like going to a forum for a favourite TV show. www.youtube.com/profile?user=SqueakyGibson

Hi, My handle's McGurky... A nickname from an impromptu game of rugby a long long time ago... I've been lurking here and at the old Bukunator (sp?) site for a while, but I had the same problem as squeakyg so I thought I'd introduce myself too. I'm a NYTimes junkie and came upon LG15 via Virginia's blog. That seems to date my entrance into our strange little breeniverse around Aug 25th... Wow, it was just my one monthiversary. I have a very poorly maintained blog here: www.apothecaryshop.blogspot.com/Anyways, I am not able to visit and post everyday, but I love trying to keep up with the whole drama. I like the idea of a new art form and those little "Choose your own adventure" books were my favorite in 3rd and 4th grade... ;-) Cheers, McGurky

Ms. Brooke, Please correct your intoduction at the earliest possible convenience. The Managementedit: I guess I'll add some meat to my description considering everyone else did! I'm 20 years old, went to school for Interactive Media and Web Design-- trying to live in Rhode Island without going bankrupt. I'm the type of person who can't stand not knowing something that someone else does know, so of course this whole thing is like gold to me and extremely fun. I also have an overactive imagination o.o;

To all our new members recently: Feel free to introduce yourselves in this thread! Note that upon making 1 post, your status gets upgraded from "Anchor Cove Lurker" to "Anchor Cove New Resident." woohoo! (and to everyone else: while terry wasn't looking, i've added a slew of new thresholds for post counts, for the hell of it. it probably could use some improvement though, i'm open for ideas.)

Oh fine, you've guilted me into a formal introduction, milo. I'm Flautapantera, but if you aren't inclined to type that entire mess out, FP works just fine. I've been glued to the main or "official" LG15 Forum, or Lonelyworld, for longer than I'd like to reveal and have simultaneously been a lurker at the Cove for about as long. I honestly don't know why I didn't join long ago; I suppose I enjoyed reading the wonderful conversation here rather than engaging with my own off-hand comments. I've spent so much time in Lonelyworld they've decided to allow me permanent residence as a moderator. I'm not fond of favoritism or power-lording at all and endeavor to be as courteous and fair as I'm able. That isn't always possible, unfortunately (or fortunately). Hmm, what else? My favorite color is blue. I'm a vegetarian. I live in the temperate midwest. I have an unhealthy fascination with poetry and literature. I became obsessed with Brotherhood 2.0 after reading about it at the Cove! As a not-so-lurker, I hope to join in discussion with many of you without making a fool out of myself (if possible). That aside, hewwo!

Hello. I’m gogo. In my checkered-yet-boring past, I once called this board "Rancor Cove." However, please consider me a well-wisher who has gained an understanding of the viewpoints of many folks here. I find the even tone of the Cove and the topics discussed on this board to be a refreshing change from the wild forum (which reminds me of the lively chaos of one of my high school classrooms on a Friday before spring vacation when I am just as eager as the students to go on break). In addition, I find many of the aspects of lonelygirl15 to be pretty fascinating (the viewer-reaction, the response videos, the attempts to make lg15 profitable, the cult-like fans who dissect without question, the “old school” fans who question the development of the series, the way that fed up people declare “you-suck-this-series-sucks-and-I’m-outta-here” in angry “so-long-suckers” posts at the forum, the pining for CiW – as well as the multitude of fan-created Cassies, the constant uncovering of intriguing, non-story-related “scandals,” the “rose-colored-glasses” points-of-view--especially since my pink lenses have slipped out of my frames, the seriousness in which a small population take the series, the odd, seething energy that some people outside of the message board communities put into hating the series, the lack of answers, how the writing is a collaborative process and so much more…). I am no good at clue-finding or puzzle-solving, so I’m not very interested in those aspects. Plus, since I don’t have any naked pictures of myself on my hard-drive and hadn’t the time with my busy life to scan any of them onto my computer, I had no access to quick answers for the ARG puzzles. Alas, I spend most of my time grading high school English essays, playing with my twin daughters and laughing with my husband. I live in New England, teach a night class (creative writing: poetry) at a local community college and infrequently get paid for writing. I have enjoyed seeing the actors grow in this series, and I look forward to their developing careers. I tend to be quite long-winded at times, but I promise not to bog down this board with long posts like this one. On a personal note, my family has just dealt with a very difficult death, so I have been quite distant and sad recently (I know—what an upbeat way to introduce oneself...). However, this series and all it entails has made for a great distraction. In addition, I have interacted with some wonderfully intelligent and witty people through this series, which is what has drawn me here. As lonelygirl15 has been my first foray into the world of the Internet, message boards, Internet media and the such, I would say that it has been an interesting diversion. Finally, thanks for bearing with me and my tediously detailed and uncompelling biography (just PM me for more information on the few details that I may have left out, such as my blood-type, a list of my fears, my political affiliations, favorite foods, the names of my pets, etc.). I just wanted to share both my rationale for being here and my interests in the series since I have thrust myself into your community. In many ways, I feel like a party-crasher, but to my credit and with humble hesitation, I must say that on various occasions I have demonstrated aptitude in the field of partying. And I am always willing to share this proficiency with others. Thanks for having me. gogo

Greetings Pill & Flautapantera! Glad to have you here.
ETA: .... oops, and the famed gogo, also! (just saw that post hit the board!) .... we co-opted the rancor cove designation with a sort of bizarre glee, i think.
and to us old folks here: all these introductions are far too humble. these three fine persons are all pillars in the lg15 fan community for their own contributions,at least to me. :-)
(and, um, you don't have to be a "pillar" to post at anchor cove, i mean, there is no other way to explain wixy and hyemew otherwise, is there?)
