haha. They ALL looked pale or is it just me? I bet I would look positively white on screen next to these kids! Chad is being such a dick. Typical high school guy, I suppose...

Aww poor Sadie. I thought Chad wasn't going to be a jerky character anymore. This new girl, Marisol, is intriguing.

Poor Sadie, my eye! Oh wait--I guess she doesn't know a lot about what WE know. Poor Sadie, I doubt he's even explained how she got that green ring... k and I really hate Marisol, but Nikki is suddenly turning into a more interesting character. Oh and I like her new haircut.

Yeah, I liked Nikki last season as her psycho qualities came out to play. She became a complex character in my mind. Yes; a character, not so much a stereotype which I have gotten used to seeing in the LG stories. I like where they are going with her, and even though she was really faulted, warranting us to label her as a bitch, given everything that's happened I can't help but feel some kind of sympathy for her character. Now seeing her there with her ex-boyfriend, and the girl he left her for who also stole her prom queen dream away is a great set up. And I like her new haircut too, hehe.

Can someone refresh my memory about the ring? I'm completely drawing a blank about it, I feel like such a dweeb. It's probably because I watched the entire first season in about 4 hours or something.

Ok, the ring was seen on the hand of some girl giving Chad a BJ before he played soccer, as his "Game day ritual." It was then later hinted at in episode 78 (just had to check, lol) that Lauren was the girl who was wearing the green ring, thus the girl giving Chad the BJ.
Sadie was given the ring as a present, along with a note that said "For the real Prom Queen." She thought Ben gave it to her, but he didn't. I guess we are to assume Lauren gave it to her, which makes her character more questionable.
It appears that Chad still hasn't told Sadie anything about the ring.

Okay, the only piece of the puzzle I'd forgotten was that it was insinuated to be Lauren's ring. Gotcha.
I like Prom Queen, but I feel that if they intertwine too many of the stories, they'll lose the "real story" and plausibility.

Yeah that is one thing with any internet series, I think. So many of them are going down the road of having so many characters and storylines it can be hard to keep up. And then if they all end up connecting, it just seems way to unrealistic.
At the moment though, I can't say I'm sure what the main story is going to be in this season. Last year right from the start we knew it was that Ben was going to kill the Prom Queen. This season, there are so many lose ends, so many questions, still so many characters - and now even more. If it just emerges into something huge and if everything is connected, you're right it just wont be plausible.
It will kind of just be like the way The Order is behind everything in Lonelygirl and how every new character is somehow connected to it.
They really do need to find the balance so it doesn't end up being too unrealistic and corny. But I still have faith that they can pull it off.

Me too. The writing staff on PQ is far superior to LG and KM. They have shown that there is a defined plot and that plot extends past the part of the season you're on.
Joss Whedon, the writer/creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel said when he wrote for Buffy he had a loose story arc planned out for the first 4 seasons. He knew where he wanted to go with the series and how he wanted characters to develop. (This is why there are references to Dawn and Buffy having a sister long before the character ever shows up in season 5.) Perhaps 4 seasons in advance is a bit much for an internet series, but at least look toward what you want from the characters in the next season...or in LG's case, in the next EPISODE.
