Shouldn't she be getting her booty to the pier? Heh, good question!  Someone just asked her and she claims she's "on my way!" and musing whether or not to bring a first aid kit for the poor, bloody TAAG. maybe marla already filmed something and didn't tell us. that would rock. |

Okay for the limited resources lg15 has, the car crash was pretty freakin' epic. And I'm very jealous of anyone in the Santa Barbara area... *sigh*

And then I was like... but wait this is Lonelygirl! And well it's obvious that the crash was a diversion - a way that the Nikki B part will be kinda live and they can include fan interaction, but still to have filmed all this stuff a while ago. |

ETA: I read a comment from someone in IRC deducing that Kate went to the States to become a part of this Finale mess. The reasoning derives from the fact KM was plugged in the recap epi.

maybe marla already filmed something and didn't tell us. that would rock. It would. Which is why it won't happen. But I digress! That episode was 1 part exciting and 2 parts lame. I think the actresses especially need to improve their being scared improv. I don't know who was saying what when, for example when they get into the building I just hear what sounds like one or both of the girls rattling off "what do we do, where do we go, where do we hide" etc. I think they similarly did something like that earlier in the episode too. It was just kind of lame, the screaming of everything they could think of right then to portray "scared". I had read the post before watching the video and was really hoping this talk of Nikki B. super canon meant that she was going to step out of the shadows and reveal herself in it. I mean when I think about it, they are advertising this 12 in 12 to lots of people who don't know anything about the show, like Good Morning America, so talk of "Nikki B" will only result in a 'duuh whaa?' with them and having her show up would be even more crazy- but I kept hoping she would. First when they were being chased by the car I was hoping they'd just stop and confront it, with them screaming something like "show yourself!" "who are you?!"- with the door opening and you see a leg step out, or the whole person, with Nikki's voice saying I'm here. When that didn't happen since I knew obviously Nikki wouldn't run them off the road, I was hoping at one point when I heard what sounded like women's shoes echoing through the building and they begin their plea for help to the camera, they say "if anyone out there can hear us, please help us!" Nikki suddenly steps into the doorway with another snappy one liner. That sadly didn't happen either lol. Maybe she'll show up yet. I am intrigued by her inviting of fans to the pier. Obviously since the real action was filmed already they won't actually get to take part in the video itself, but maybe it'll be worth their time. And how lame was that crash? Total high school english video, as Terry said. I know it's really hard to fake such a thing, but I'd kinda rather they not attempt it at all than attempt it and have it fall flat on its face like that. |

Re KM: Ralf Little was just on tv discussing KM and said to paraphrase "and some wierd things will happen to one of us and we all react like Kate where are you? Has anyone seen Kate? Or someone will tell us the street sign looks like Portabello Road so we should go there" That was paraphrasing but I got the jist he made a slip in the plot by letting that Kate one through. Re these eps, I am out tonight and my speakers dont work  I am missing out curse ye!! |

wait...did I miss something? How did Daniel know that this guy was the watcher that smashed up the lab?
and how can they clearly hear the guy's footsteps, but he can't hear them talking in not-very-hushed voices? Maybe he's Sarah's watcher, and is trying to keep an eye on/protect her? Really, it shouldn't be hard to hear and find them in a big empty echo chamber...
