That wouldn't bother me, but the people on the other board won't stand for it. Nobody really ever fully accepted Gemma's or Drew's deaths, as they didn't ever see the bodies.
It would be exponentially worse if Bree's death happened off-screen. I suppose a tearful TAAG could show up too late to prevent the ceremony and find Bree's bloodless remains.
