can't wait to read up on the latest phorum drama. maybe because of the way lg15 started on youtube in secrecy, the Creators have fostered a religious-type faith in their own product among many of their fans. (remember "i love lg15 and i always will!"? people have said stuff like that for MONTHS whenever people complain, such as in defense of DreamerM's excellent shark jumping thread at the phorum a few months ago. reality rarely shakes the faith of such phorumites.) That lurker and LLP suddenly have misgivings is the latest meta-development that mirrors bree's disillusionment that came with the approaching Ceremony.

I'm just so sad that something that once had such intense meaning in my life is now reduced to just a bunch of running around followed by filler episodes. Can't think about that too much or I get really uncomfortable.

I've decided that I'm really irritated that the Creators just had to urge us to "enjoy the shiny new forward and back buttons below the video". Come on! Was that so difficult? Is that why you haven't had time to write a story? Why aren't you paying someone $$$ to maintain that website?! It just baffles me that two linkies are even worth noting. That website is their daily bread, they should treat it like so, instead of depending on volunteers to do all the legwork. I bet BK put those buttons in while they were smoking pot in the bunker writing that day's script. Since you had to sit through another pointless rant, I'm going to share something I dug up from the forum. Here's an excellent reply from Deagol to the c's post: That's it. I'm leaving. I'm not putting up with this crap anymore. goodbye, all. it's been real. o noz! don't leave!  we have to stick together through this! meep! no! I know the story is going to get better, I just know something big is going to happen! whew. |

I liked Deacol's post as well, very much to the point, if they would advance the narrative the videos would be more enjoyable.
BTW Lurker is back as well, the revolt didn't last too long did it?

BTW Lurker is back as well, the revolt didn't last too long did it? Well, we called it here at the Cove  . Indeed, he's already back to defend Jules and theorize about how Daniel and Jonas remember the bathroom of their kidnapper. Aw, please put back the bit about the Faust PM, it was pretty hilarious! ;D |

Dear god Lurker didn't have an analogy to lord of the rings this time? That was one of his favorite comparisons for awhile. Anyhow, people making dramatic exits from forums and returning soon after is such old hat. But its still hilarious (for me) to see people do it. ---- OK, and on this video, which i just watched since i had a very busy weekend: ehh, not much to say. it could have easily been tacked onto a later video i guess ... time to watch the next video ... |

I still haven't watched this one. Yeah it's not worth wasting 49 seconds. Seriously, in that time you could: * Pour yourself a drink * Watch quality TV commercials * Open a packet of chips * Do a few sit-ups * Tie up your shoe laces * Heat up some leftovers in the microwave * Listen to half of your favourite song * Listen to a quarter of two of your favourite songs * Read the latest news headlines * Delete all the spam mail from your junk mail box * Type a response in this thread All are much better alternatives to do with 49 seconds of your time, as opposed to watching this video. Enjoy the leftovers! ETA: I love how this got posted at 8. 49...  |

The best way to leave is just "leave". I left the phorum because the only thing I can contribute is criticism. OK, well I still read some threads if they are linked over here. And yeah, I'm pretty much officially over LG. I only watch about one out of every three videos now. It's painful. |
