So, Bree was about to get caught from behind by some order dude with a webcam on his head, when he got popped, right? I found this one better than the last video because the lack of narration made the evil order more forboding.

I THINK that whoever was filming initially was the one shot (I hope...). good call, CG. i didn't even think of that. but, yeah, if they need bree for the ceremony they can't shoot her... right?? edit: after a second viewing, i think it's clear that the camera man was shot. and the person doing the shooting was wearing a suit. and he must have been from the order, how else would this have been a private transmission from the order? this video reminded me a little bit of CiW's first video. i think it was just the shots of the brush... but i couldn't help but think "is Cassie back?" i know you all are going to hate me for this, but if Cassie made a comeback now, i'd be pretty happy. overall, this vid wasn't so bad... definitely left me wanting more.

I really don't know what happened there so I really can't comment. At this point if Bree gets shot and killed I'd probably laugh. I know that's not what happened, the Order member probably was since the camera seems to have been hit as well. If it was Bree's dad somehow back from the assumed dead who did the shooting that'd be interesting. If it was Tachyon then that'd just be so lame, I'm sick of her swooping out of nowhere and saving the day. Once was cliche enough.

If he was shot, and died, how did he upload the video?

i think it was just the shots of the brush... but i couldn't help but think "is Cassie back?" i know you all are going to hate me for this, but if Cassie made a comeback now, i'd be pretty happy. but why would cassie be in the nevada desert? not that that means its not cassie, because pretty much any plot prediction has a chance of being true in the breeniverse. i think it was the cowboy, myself. seriously though, one thought that ran thru my head watching this was: It's like the hiking video, but without any, um, water, or fun.

I'm sure it's not cassie....
the cowboy is a possibility, though.

I think the Cowboy was a plot gaffe screwed up by "too many cooks" spoiling the broth of sanity. I think we saw at least a couple examples of for example Glenn starting a plot arc but Miles finishing it, and clearly they both had their own and very different ideas about what everything meant and what to do with the show. Therefore subtleties set up by Glenn would get misunderstood and dealt with poorly. Glenn started the Jonas tied up videos, based on "vidplay" (who writes the scripts) in LGpedia through Interrogation, but then Miles wraps it up. I believe his part included when Jonas went out and fought with the watcher, which was a big mistake, watchers don't fight, etc. It's definitely problematic having one person set up the premise and others finishing it, everyone should write their own arcs. I am thinking the Cowboy confusion could be another example of this. I highly doubt he will be seen again.

I do agree with Milo that the lack o' cheesy narration put this way above the last offering and made the bad guys actually scary in this one though. Much better all the way around and certainly could be done on a fairly low budget. A little OT but somewhat germane: I dug through some Phorum threads early this am and it appears that the c's still have access to the characters of Op, Tachy, and Brother despite (supposed) legal issues with Glenn. One poster, who is an attorney I believe, was fairly certain that the c's would never have signed anything that would have given him exclusive use. Sooooo, this postulation leads to the phorumite theory du jour ithat "Brother" is the one who whacked the Orderite chasing Bree. Brother is Tachy's partner as far as I can ascertain... The other prevailing theory is that it was rather a Watcher and that they actually have rescued Bree. I, for once after one of these cloak and dagger eps, am at least intrigued to find out what happened... This is a firrrrrst . OT again: The c's are nuts if they don't save an "appearance" (either on or off camera) by Cassie for around the time Jess leaves the show. What better way to distract the disgruntled masses than by throwing Cassie out to get them all in a phrenzy.

One poster, who is an attorney I believe, was fairly certain that the c's would never have signed anything that would have given him exclusive use. But what if he didn't sign an-ee-tin, mon? OT again: The c's are nuts if they don't save an "appearance" (either on or off camera) by Cassie for around the time Jess leaves the show. What better way to distract the disgruntled masses than by throwing Cassie out to get them all in a phrenzy. For once I agree with the Creators (well not for once, but it's pretty rare). They stated in Tuesday's chat that Cassie is an "open source character", for whom there are no plans to appear on the sure but instead for everyone's imagination to run wild with and make her what they want. She is like a free-use character for fans from which all these itscassies and etc. people ot appear. I think Cassie is and should be a "mystery character" who is indeed never seen and is what you want to think she is. If Jessica does leave though, I would be all for her being taken aboard an Orderite blimp/spaceship, kidnapped by the grand high... Order leader (whoever that is...). In fact she is being dragged up the steps into it to the horror of Jonas and Daniel, because Tachyon or someone rigged the ship to self-destruct. You see the evil order person grasping her, she screams as the door closes and the thing explodes. Dan and Jonas sulk back to their base or whatever in sadness and mourning for their friend, when suddenly someone in a blue robe pops up with her back to the camera. Daniel says "who... who are you?" to which she replies, as she lowers her hood and you can see her hood "why silly, I'm Cassie!". In the next episode it is explained Cassie is actually Bree's imaginary friend, well who everyone thought was her imaginary friend, but actually someone from an alternate universe called Yensid. She knew Bree was in trouble and tried to save her, but the only way she'd be able to do that is with a dimensional transfer. She didn't have the ability to just clear bring Bree into hers, but using the energy from the impending explosion she could do a switch in which Bree is sucked into her's while she is dropped back into Bree's. This occured right after the door closed and right before the spaceship explosion which destroyed the Order (woo!). So now Cassie is in Bree's dimension and Bree is in Cassie's. Cassie can telepathically communicate with Bree, which is a great way of being able to maintain Bree's influence on the show without physically being there. Daniel asks Cassie when she will be doing the retransfer to bring Bree back, to which Cassie replies "well, for me to be able to reharness enough power to switch Bree back, we'd have to blow up another spaceship." So essentially that is out of the question and Cassie is stuck in Bree's dimension, basically sacrificing her normal life to save Bree's! Meanwhile Bree goes on to become a truck-driving forest ranger in Yensid.

Meanwhile Bree goes on to become a truck-driving forest ranger in Yensid. Genius! I liked this video - much better effort than the last (don't even get me started!) but it is incredibly confusing to try and think who actually uploaded the video. As it was mentioned, to be an order video some 'bad guy' must have uploaded it, or at least someone with access to the orders networks (which could, I suppose be Tachy or Brother) If it wasn't them, it would mean an orderite killed a fellow orderite. Maybe that would happen, if they thought they were getting too close to Bree and might harm her in anger, they might have fired to make sure Bree wasn't in a bad way, but that would mean that Bree was back in captivity, and I like to think the gang orchestrated the attack and set a trap to fool the order.

Meanwhile Bree goes on to become a truck-driving forest ranger in Yensid. Were you trying to be facetious, Hye? If you were, then I don't think the storyline was absurd enough. Really, I can totally picture the Creators trying to pull this off, us groaning the whole way, and then still watching anyway. All while Iris makes a fan video about how he thinks he recognizes said spaceship. *gasp* he must be canon.
