But nevertheless a big week, Lonelygirl stood up for poverty, Daniel joined us in the forums, as did the benevolent Buka, we got to meet the WeHoGirls, Lonelygirl got her 50,000th subscriber, My Lazy Eye, got it's 1,000,000th view, the U.S. got its 300,000,000th citizen, North Korea got its 1st nuclear bomb, and Bree finally completed/got pregant at/got brainwashed at the ceremony.

Meh, both Cassie and LG15 are at really lame at this point. Neither story is progressing in any sort of interesting direction. I guess they lost the spark that got everyone interested in the first place.

disapointing...i was hoping for like Daniel goes there, but gets caught...and they are about to kill him but Bree who has to do the ritual or envokes the wrath of their god refuses to unless they let DB go. then she does it but no one can find her afterward.

I am personally rather impressed by the last couples of movies.

I was bracing myself for the disappointment of the typical and expected – that one or more of the following would happen:
- The details of the ceremony would be revealed
- We would learn the great danger Bree is in
- Daniel would save Bree
- Bree would go missing
- Daniel would be in danger, and cause Bree to realize what she is doing
- basically an “enlightenment” toward this mystery, that would pave the way for a foreseeable solution.

I am so pleased that this was not the case. They are not going to unveil everything at once! Instead, they have shown that instead of the October 12 being the end of something, it is the beginning. The beginning of truly discovering what is going on beneath the surface.

Bree is clearly not fine. She obviously doesn’t believe it herself, because her tone of voice and facial expressions contradict her words. Watch her try to control her face when she says “I feel great” at about 00:06-8. She doesn’t believe what she is telling us.

Does this seem like a 'plant' to anyone else?? Perhaps someone using a new account whose first post explains the intent behind the past couple videos?

Anyway, that's how it seemed to me upon first reading it...I actually think that's what the creators *did* intend as our response, one way or another. So I'll give you karma either way.

I've been watching for awhile. A LONG WHILE. And believe this is only my second post. But I had to say, I live in Florida, and it is nowhere near cold! So it's not cold everywhere!

Maybe I should post more. I always have plenty to say. I don't think that last two videos have been as lame as a lot of people have said. I think they have been very good, actually. I was REALLY hoping the ceremony wouldn't be anything too drastic. It didn't seem right for something that didn't have incredibly dark subject matter to sacrifice the main character.

I agree with what another poster said before, that everyone was expecting this to be the end, but hopefully it's just a new beginning! *sounded really cheesy* ;D

-This is the new turn in the LG15 canon we have been waiting for.
-CiW really is by the LG15 team, and this is the beginning of the stories merging.
-The LG15 team approves of this spinoff.
-This video response is completely fan-fic, and the video response got up by accident.

I am not quite sure what you mean by plant. From who?

I was late in joining the Lonelygirl15 phenomenon, for I just found out about it when it was in the news in September. I thought it was interesting, so I joined this board to learn about what had happened, and what people knew so far (that was just before the actors and the creators where revealed). I didn’t have anything to contribute for a long time, because you all knew so much more about the story line than me, and I was just putting the pieces together. So, I just enjoyed learning from the insights here. That was the first time I have posted here, under this, or any other account.

Perhaps my response is what the creators wanted. I think that is fine. The medium and storyline have been atypical in many ways so far. I was simply personally hoping that they wouldn’t ruin that by suddenly giving us a “season finally” ending that we so often expect, and I think many lonelygirl viewers expected. And they didn't. That is why I am glad things are going as they are, for the moment, anyway. I prefer the intrigue, I guess. :-)

Plants, moles, sockpuppets, whatever are old hat around here. I mean that in a good way

I think the creators and associated characters have been posting all along. It is to me one of the more interesting facets of this project. The vids are sometimes brilliantly obtuse enough to necessitate a nudge to get folks back on track or provide wacky red herring distractions.

Either way, it's all part of the whole enchilada.

Umm, Bree has accepted other ciw-type and alternative story fanfic as video responses many times: MsKelly (Homeschoolers Aggegrate), OpAphid, Immant, ten10osix, etc., so at most I think its just something the Creators liked.

Or they realize that ennui is setting in and know that CiW or BiW or any other mystery around the series will set tongues a-wagging and therefore generate interest.
