Wow, so LG is really ending. I've been unable to watch a video since July 5, so for all I know a nuclear device has already gone off in the Breeniverse and Daniel and Sarah are making out while Taylor erects a fallout shelter out of her cell phone and some pine nuts. Meanwhile Jonas is buming around Zavalla because he needs to drive 1000 miles to think as opposed to just going up to the quiet reservoir and listening for the whispers of "I was here."
I'm kind of disappointed, does this mean no more Daniel and such at all? Or is this new girl going to be in the BV as well. I mean they have a 2 month contract with Neutrogena so the Spencer character must be sticking around so probably the others will too. Just enjoy the ramblings of a totally out of the loop Breeniverser writing to you from somewhere near Iran. This connection is slower than dirt so I can't do any investigation of those links and stuff, and this is the only post I'll be able to make for now so tell your friends about it.
Oh and I meant to say: 1. I'm sort of disappointed they gave into forumite pressure and are going for a 12 in 12 season finale. How many of you want to scream DISASTER-IN-THE-WAITING?
2. I'm still hoping that season finale means we'll never see Daniel again, I guess I'm not so attached to the others, and I know this is the "Bree go bye bye" climax.
3. I know they've likely already been filmed, but if anyone involved reads this please end it with some sort of nod to the early days. Like by having them go up to the reservoir for some sort of finale showdown or incorporate SOME bit of nostalgia into the end. We're saying goodbye to a character we've grown with for a year, I'd really love for her send off to give us one last glimpse of the dearly departed past.
I don't get it, there is constant talk of Sarah lately. All the articles have her picture, and now this article calls her "the most notable" new character? How do you define new character, like person not there from the beginning? I wonder how Jonas feels about that characterization? Perhaps he counts as "old" though, in which case yes Sarah is the most notable new character- since the only other active characters are Taylor and Spencer. That's not saying a heck of a lot though. I still sorta hate her for her whole sexpot-for-a-week stunt, but her sarcasm is sometimes funny when its not hit-you-over-the-head grating. Does this mean Sarah will be front and center in season 2, the new Bree? Well frankly I don't think there can be another Bree, or if there was it sure as heck wouldn't be Sarah, whom the writing has made a 2D charicature more often than she is a living character, but what season 2 actually will entail is anybody's guess so we shall see.
