Haha the reply makes it clear he's trying to respond in hye-falooten language, but it's still hilarious. I love the word chuffed. I thought it was chuffled, which would have be funnier, but chuffled seems to have a negative connotation so that wouldn't work. I also love his Esq. at the end hahaha. So refined he is!
