The New Cove TimesIt may be something of a one man show, but I love this little thread and always look forward to any new posts to it.

Two thread nominations. To me, these two threads defined the most exciting days the Cove ever had (and before we were called Anchor Cove, just Alissa's Board!!!). And I'm not stuck in the past, its just that being part of something that blows up like this doesn't happen every day. People reading these threads (including newbies) can almost relive what it was like to be around when the curtain was pulled back from lonelygirl15. A Message From The Creators started by Alissa Brooke, Sept 7, 2006, 7:41pm. The "Creators" invent themselves. Lonelygirl15 is Jessica Rose(myspace jeessss426) started by ennovi, Sept. 12, 2006, 1:16am. Jessica Rose is found in the middle of the night, almost simultaneously by two 18-year olds (ennovi and matt foremski). We all wake up to a crazy day. this was also the busiest of time ever for the cove and for the phorum (when it wasn't down from the heavy traffic of the outing): * Note: since the outing, the phorum has always been busier than the cove. but before the outing, the cove and the original phorum were much more quiet -- it was a small community. in fact, the original phorum didn't even hit 100 members until August 28, 2006. OK, I'm way off topic now ...

For the same reason Milo gave of the "exciting days" I nominate the ironically named CAA is a red herring theorywhat started as a discussion of the CAA connection, quickly led to uncovering the identity of the creators thanks to sleuthing by phorum and cove posters.
