That's a very good summary milo. Alissa I'm sorry that terry and I have made you a martyr for the cause in a sense in the eyes of one forum member, though I highly doubt any others here have such a problem. Let me state I was boycotting the old forum I now mod (and after a spammer attack the cleanup will be so time consuming who even wants the job- which I won't do for now because I don't know if I have the ability to block the IP of that person from coming back) for the first few days of its existence. Once the lonelygirl hit the fan I figured there really was no reason not to join and I made a request to be mod. To my surpirse it was actually accepted. I've yet to do anything as mod there except one or two of the spammer's posts, but with 174 I have no idea how to clean that up.

*takes deep breaths* I'd like to touch upon the "Using of the Same Names" theory. *eyeroll* Usually when someone joins the internet ((or at least most of the people I have known on the internet)) they use the same handle for practically everything. Sure, they change it now and then, but usually at any given time, there are several places you can find a parcticular alias that a person is using. For instance. My real name is Riana Giammarco. If you Google Riana Giammarco you'll find that pretty much all links on the first two pages ((exept the arabic one, and some other one)) are me. When I was young, and first started on the internet, I used AylacatCT. All those links on Google are me. I moved to "DeathByDisaster" around 2003. The google links there? Me. My new handle is Anagove, and there are a handful of links that point to me as well. When I take up a name, I use it for EVERYWHERE. Did you expect me to sign up on the other sites with completely different names? What would be the point of that. It's just not what I do. Edit: Milo, thank you for the summary-- People need to understand that we didn't leave because of Buka directly, but only because we wanted a place where it could be organized and moderated. People seem to forget that the board was like before.

I believe you, Alissa. Only a straight shooter (with very good memory) would try to put up all of her Internet pseudonyms on this message board.
Remember, this is supposed to be fun, that's why I moved here!
Keep up the good work!
