Kissing at 6?!?!!? How much for a shag? hahaha! Now, now - I'm not like that! Actually, it surprises me too... for the rest of my life I would go on to become full of self doubt and little self esteem... So it's a bit of a WTF for me. lol ... just wish I had the confidence again! No, no - not to go around kissing random strangers if that's what you're thinking! Hehehe

Just go for it! I farted about being reluctant to approach girls since my ex dumped me, I felt I wasn't good enough. But a couple of weeks ago I asked this girl out for a drink, and she said yes, and it's been one of the best couple of weeks I have had. Just go for it! The worst they can say it no!

Good words Wixy *nods* I had a crush on a man for years and was too intensely shy to ever approach him. I thought he would never look twice at me! I got a bit tipsy and thought I would regret it if I did not at least strike up a conversation. One lewd remark on my part about a piercing, and exactly 16 months later and here we are Confidence is ALL in the mind, I put on a big smile and faked confidence, though I was so tongue tied I could barely talk and came out in a nervous sweat :/ . It took me many months to even feel ok about my body. If you take a leap now and then you will be suprised at how many people have been watching you from afar.

Thanks guys. Congrats on the past couple of weeks Wixy. I hope it all goes well! I've actually been in a really great relationship for three and a half years, and the way we met was just like a movie. It was a chance meeting on a train that neither of us were meant to be on. Kind of like that movie 'Sliding Doors', lol. And we were both in dire need of having some support in our lives. It was surprising that we had so much in common and got along really well even though it appears that we are complete opposites. He is a cabinetmaker, and I am at uni doing a Communication degree. Now we are happily living together and planning for our future together. My confidence has gone down hill due to having lived through quite a lot of trauma so far in my life; but I'll tell you what - if I didn't have my boyfriend by my side these past few years I think I would have given up. I think of him as a blessing in my life, and he has really helped me through my problems, and says that I have helped him to cope with his. I just really think that destiny exists. Before we had met, I had had a few unlucky dates etc, been sexually assaulted, and was dealing with trying to get through my first year of uni, moving around a lot, and dealing with my critically ill mum and looking after my younger siblings, among other things. While he was also moving around between his parents houses, and trying to disassociate himself with friends who were heavily into drugs. I remember about four weeks before we met I sat down with my friends, tired of being unlucky in love and said I wanted to meet a guy who was about my age in an ordinary situation like on a train. I've never really been into looks but I even went so far as to say I wanted him to have brown hair, blue eyes, be taller than me, masculine and sensitive. And this is what he is like! My boyfriend tells me that about a month before we met, he prayed to god that he would meet someone like me. After we got together things for me got worse in regards to my family (it's ongoing and is still very bad), I was pretty much homeless for a while and then I was diagnosed with a brain tumour. I know. Gah! Give me a break! lol, But my boyfriend has proven himself to be the most loving and supportive person in the world for me. So, it seems like such a chance meeting... but was it really? Sorry to ramble on... I just started to think about him and couldn't stop typing! Ew... too mushy!

That was a great narrative Elixir!
My first kiss was sooooo awkward, a young lady kissed me when I least expected it, LOL. Stupid Monkey Boy was shocked at this fortunate turn of events. I found beer and kisses to go well together. Yeah Beer!
I am a firm believer in kismet, the best thing that ever happened to me was meeting my wife at the most unlikely of work places. On my way to starting a career and wound up with a wife, mortgage, and child (in that chronological order). The whole wonderful catastrophe!

Who - Joey Capobianco Age - 10 Where - in the guest bathroom of my mom's house Type - french (or at least a first attempt at that)
I was having my first boy/girl party in the 5th grade. We were playing 'spin the bottle' and '7 minutes in the closet' combined into one, except the closet was too small, so we used the guest bathroom. Me and all of my girl friends had our first kisses that night... i'm sure we were the firsts for the boys too. My mom was upstairs, obliviously doing her taxes, but she did ask me why the bathroom door kept opening and closing so much...
